I ordered two watches but only recieved a tracking number for one of the watches...I like to redirect for pick up in case I'm not home on delivery date...

The customer service reps. That I spoke to on my last 3 occasions were a joke! And they couldn't care less. It's obvious they are young hourly workers with no pride about their job.

Wish there were bigger discounts Russian diver nautilus with leather strap, silver venoms with bracelet, and Lupah revolutions, so I could afford to buy more for my collection.

Your billing software charged me twice, that caused a problem with my CC company but I don't think that's your fault.

I'm used to items being shipped atleast 48 hours after I order them in this case it took almost a week but once the actually shipping began it was there in no time with good tracking.

Ordered 2 different watches. Wasn't notified until 4 days later that one was no longer available. They were gifts for a couple I know. Your inventory unit needs better tracking for the customer.

This last purchase has been one of several from Invictastores.com. The watches have always been as described. Packaging is fined. Wish all purchases would include free shipping.

For one thing shipping is suppose to be free on items over $99 but since I had a discount of 20 percent it drop it down under 99 here is the trick you end up saving yourself money while the customer ends up paying his own shipment it's like a scam in reverse mode so either way I'm not saving nothing SMFH

The package came earlier than expected, and was a really easy shopping experience. With those Black Friday deals there wasn't another watch brand that could beat that price for this quality.

My experience with Invicta Watches was great! The site is very easy to navigate. On top of that, my order arrived earlier than I expected! It honestly couldn't have been any better :)

Great product for a fantastic price. My wife was very pleased. I ordered about 3 days before Christmas so shipping seemed a little slow. But thats noones fault. Overall 5 stars.

I love shopping with invictastores. My husband is a huge fan of every watch he gets. They ALWAYS have deals, quick to ship and deliver. I've never had a bad experience.

Watch seems to be 'as advertised'. Easy to set up. Removing links required a jewler, but it fits great. We'll see if the automatic mechanism holds up and keeps accurate time. I'm happy so far.

I was a bit confused why the two watches tjat we ordered can separately on different days but the second one arrived. Other than that we will definitely order from you again. Thanks
