Invicta is supposed to be a high quality company at least for the price point. On my very first day of wearing after I had paid to take links out I was rotating the bezel and it popped off.

Ordered 2 watches, 1 box arrived empty but was replaced within a week. Waiting to hear on replacement of the 2nd watch that had a defect in the crown protection latch.

I enjoy shopping on the website. It's easy for me to navigate and find items if I have the product number. It would be nice if you had more ladies watches (40mm or smaller) with leather bands.

Of course I'd rather have the watch sooner than later. But it's a beautiful watch at an amazing price! So all in all, shipping wasn't that long, totally worth it.
