I received an item that did not work.I contacted Invicta, RMA# was sent via email.i then returned the item.Awaiting my replacement as soon as possible, item will arrived on Friday 08/10/18 trk#*******585 FEDEX. It took to long to get my order, (three)3 weeks and I had to email and give an ultimatum. The order and ahipping should be a little more proficient. People order at a certain time to get their product in a timely manner. I shouldn't have to email to track my order. There wasn't any communication on the delay until I inquired. This isn't good for a company with auch a good product.
You are a 5 star in every category except for delivery! I placed an order for two (2) items 8/9/2020. Today is the 8/18/2020 and have not received confirmation of the order being filled and shipped!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the watch! As I do all my Invicta watches! The only issue I had was with delivery. I was out of state at the time of delivery with a family member on stand by for pick up from my porch. I was unaware that it required a signature upon delivery until delivery was attempted. I would have appreciated being notified of the need of signature in advance as I then had to spend my vacation time rerouting the delivery to a different location for pick up when I returned from vacation.
The shipping time was longer than 5 to 7 days, I wanted to give to my husband as a part of his anniversary gifts, but I did not get it in time which made me disappointed
The site is set up in such a way as to make viewing each detail of the watch magnified for close inspection. I was able to move freely and without difficulty from one watch to another.
I'm very disappointed in the delivery time frame I paid for 3-5 days $12.00 and it took 3 weeks so I'm not happy with that and I'll be contacting invicta about reimbursement for my delivery charges

Watch came with dead battery, now I have 2 buy 1 and pay to get installed! Not happy at all, although 1 haven't bought but 15 watches, I thought I was a good customer, maybe not.
Got a watch I have wished to own and for a price I could afford.
Yea but it looked larger on screen, then when I receive the watch it came with a 50% off coupon like Invicta was doing me justice as a new consumer. But I've tried to use it 3 times on a different watch that I DO WANT and won't except my coupon. And when I visited the site with out logging in, I see it's offer 50% for EVERY ONE!
That was definetly a let down!

Your website on the cart to change things is terrible and so is your checkout never seen anything like it and I buy a lot of stuff online.
Worst experience ever
I ordered 2 watches. One came very fast and the other was a lot slower. Overall I am satisfied with both of my purchases and I will purchase from here again.
The product itself is excellent. However when I reached out regarding an issue with the watch when it arrived I was basically told "it's not our problem once you receive it".
Was told nothing about the processing of the order until the day before it was delivered. Tried to call numerous times but got no answer. Same with emailing. Poor customer service.
The item was designated as pre-owned and wow, what is it ever pre-owned. So many scratches to the case of the watch that I would have expected a deeper discount/free shipping.
I received the merchandise in perfect condition but they charged me two times (double payment) and I have been writing emails for days and they do not respond to my refund.
I love Invicta and won't buy any other brand. Customer service contact is the worst though. I've tried several times to talk to a person and have not had any success.
Your website needs to let people know if something is not available. It's very disappointing when you think you've ordered something just to find out later it was out of stock

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
