All was good except no notification that you guys were not shipping products immediately on your marketing emails you sent the day I ordered the item.
Unfortunately the watch hands almost no luminous quality even though they were supposed to. Disappointed in that. Otherwise it is a good watch for the price.

Pretty easy to navigate. Seemed that the sequence of selecting filter items mattered -- that is, when I selected a collection, all the other filters zeroed out.

The delivery supposed to be before my son birthday. Unfortunately watch was delivered after the birthday even with me purchasing two day shipping.Not cool at all
(1)The several braceletts that I ordered were all shipped sperately, and
(2) at differant times,
(3) no invoices in any of the packages, and
(4) the website doesn't show all of the braceletts in one place (they arbitrarilly pop-up as I troll for other items).
(5) I was charged for shipping

Get info on the other watch, which came six days later,
I ordered an Invicta Subaqua Men's Tourbillon 52mm (Model #*******). Upon receipt, the watch's stem would not work. It would not adjust the time or wind the watch, and the stem was not secured to the movement/dial. I sent the watch back to Invicta for repair. Invicta took care of the return shipping cost and FedEx delivered the watched on 9/3/20. As of 10/1/20,27 days later, I'm still waiting for Invicta to send me the repaired watch.
I got my order yesterday BUT the way one of my items was packaged WAS TERRIBLE.and unacceptable If the Invicta store continues to package their products the way I receive mine yesterday, then I found an alternative. One of the items I bought was packed like they just took thar wrist watch from someone's hand, put it in a box and send to me. That watched was not wrapped. That is an insult to me as your customer Invicta stores.
My only issue was that I ordered a watch with a specific bezel and I was sent a different one, instead of sending the correct one and a return package, I was told to order a new one and return the other for a refund in 7 to 10 days. I was lucky that a co worker wanted the watch I didn't so I just ordered a new one that I was and am very happy with
I ordered a secific color watch & received a different color. I kept it anyway because it was still very beautiful. And it took over a month to recieve it only after I contacted customer support to ask why it hadn't been shipped.
The watch I got has the band on upside down so it clasps incorrectly. Now I have to go to the jeweler and PAY MORE MONEY to have it corrected. Not a happy customer. You should refund me the $25 for having to do this!
I was seeking a work watch since I work as a housekeeper in healthcare, and when I received it it I been looking for another watch cause the quality of the watch was so amazing i was like no no no I ain't wearing this to work even though it is a simple design. I want to buy another one probably the S.Coffman (Brown Leather Band) when I save up enough money.
I received the item not within the time they say I would and also the item was defective I had to return it and if I wasn't tracking it I would not know it was received by their warehouse. And when I called I was on hold for more than a hour to speak to someone it is unacceptable

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
