Invicta Stores

Item received quickly and was as expected. Have 3 other watches by Invicta and have not had any issues with them over the several years I've owned them. This fourth watch is a present for the missus.

This was a very frustrating shopping experience. Two of my watches came very quickly. The Third one took so long that I thought it was cancelled and forgot about it until it showed up 2 weeks later

Horrible delivery time. No where was I told that no one would be shipping until more than a week after i laced the order. Had to call multiple times just to find out what was going on.

You guys were great. I just didn't care for the watch once I saw it in person. Maybe a few more pictures online would have helped me better decide on the purchase. I'm returning the watch.

You need customer service people that know more than " theres a delay, it's shipping as soon as possible"

Overall just a mediocre experience. Delivery time was the biggest issue. When ordering I expect that all the products come at the same time and if not should be alerted to such.

The shopping and payment process is all very simple and hassle free. There is always a great selection of watches to choose from as well as something new almost every other week.

Not a fan of waiting.
Particularly without prior knowledge.
That's why I like watches,so I'll be early or on time. If I'm going to be late ( ha ha) I'll let you know.

Great deal on a watch I've been eyeing for over two years. The price was so good that I decided to buy and upon receiving it, I really love it!

Customer service was very helpful. Only thing I didn't like about this experience was the lack of communication of when I could expect my items. Even an estimate would have been nice

It was easy, had a hard time trying to decide which watch I wanted. They are all very nice time pieces. This is my second Invicta watch. I also have the Venom.

Appears to be used or at best returned.
The box is damaged and there were no protective covers on the face or links as I am accustomed to with an invicta purchase.

My son absolutely loves the watch. I waited until the last minute to order this watch and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 48 hours. Made it in time for Christmas

I absolutely love the watch. I just think you need to do a better job with the delivery process, it takes entirely too long especially when you pay for 2 day shipping

The product was shipped very quickly! Be wary of the watch size though because the one I ordered ended up being huge compared to standard watches... my husband still loved it though

Bought a watch for my boyfriends birthday. Once I ordered it I received shipping and tracking information the following day. Very speedy process and great price!

I love these watches and have been collecting them for a couple years now. This site offers an excellent opportunity to get watches for reasonable prices.
