Shopping experience was great and easy to get what I wanted. Although my order was somehow split into two different shipments but Invicta did refund me my express shipment fee. I appreciate it.

Items were not in stock but I didn't not find out until after placing the order and that took 2 or 3 days. After purchasing an item the time from purchase to shipment to delivery is too long.

I think it should not say 'free shipping' next to the price if the watch is > $149.
Delivery was slow. I had to email and ask for a status. Got a prompt reply. Order came shortly after.

My order was being processed for 7 days before it was shipped out. I sent an email asking why it took so long but didn't receive a reply.

Easy on line ordering

Easy on line ordering. Giving as a gift so have not been able to"check it out" really. I like that there is an Invicta Store relatively close by IF I have any issues. Hopefully that's a big IF.

It was really good! Many options at a cheap price. The only issue is the delivery times. In my case, they took much more of the expected time of 4 or 5 business days, even for the shipping.

I love the watch for my husband but, I tried to put in the discount for being a first time purchaser it didnt work then I tried the VDAY15 it still didn't go through! You guys need to work with UPS not FEDEX I complained about my shipping and the handling of my merchandise. My watch was throwed inside as if someone tried to take it. It wasnt even placed on the pillow inside the box. Black fingerprints were on the outside of my box. Very tacky and unprofessional. Next time I'll just go inside of an Invicta store. I wasnt satisfied at all with the handling n treatment of my order!

TRIED TO SPEAK TO A PERSON; CALLED SEVERAL SUGGESTED NUMBERS AND USED SEVERAL MENUS--NO SUCCESS. WAS TOLD BY REP FROM CALIFORNIA LOCATION THAT TIMES SQUARE STORE, NYC, WAS OPEN.
HOURS SHOWN ON WEBSITE INDICATED IT WAS OPEN. DROVE IN, PAID PARKING, WENT TO STORE--CLOSED! WE ARE IN NEW JERSEY; VERY COSTLY AND FRUSTRATING.

Customer service is terrible i had to wait for about 40 minutes in the phone for an answer, had to pay 12 dollards for a shipping, the e bezel in my watch came a litte loose, is better to go to the store and buy the watch but they never open the stores

The 2nd new perpetual was never delivered by the 2 day fed x that was arranged due to the 1st watch being defective. Driver never attempted to deliver as I was home all day waiting. After 3 hours on the phone with fedx,tracking it, I finally had to drive and pick it up at a hub station 10miles away the NEXT DAY...so far, these watches are working fine but I really feel cheated...any money saved from buying them was negated by sizing costs for 2 of the same watches, fuel, phone computer tracking time and stress, scattered ship times and location, etc. I would love to be able to hopefully continue business in the future. LETS PRAY COVID 19 ENDS SOON!
Please let me know if anything can be done for any future business.thank you. Eric Tilley.

Everything went good until I got to watch delivered because I opened it and the box was in a box that didn't even close right so the watch was sticking out some and for all I know it could be damage but I haven't fully play with that yet because it's supposed to be a gift

Order placed 12/14. Only communication about order was initiated by me. This order was Christmas gifts, I received the watches 2 days after Christmas. If there was a problem with the order why does the customer have to communicate first to receive any update on the order or problems with the order. I had to resort to Facebook messager to get a response after emails and phone calls to the provided contacts on the website failed. Got a $10 off my next purchase good until 12/31/19 coupon and sorry about you luck, as if I want to go through this again. I love Invicta watches and when they finally arrived they looked great, but this first time use of this site went terribly. Amazon is killing this site for $10 or so more per watch and prime 2 day delivery. I won't be back unless I feel like going on another adventure, and will encourage every soul to stay clear of this site. This was like buying from a questionable site advertising on Instagram or Facebook, not recommended. Having chase customer service around to get any details on my order killed this experience in addition to the order being 2 days late for Christmas; again order on 12/14. The watches are perfect just find them from somewhere else.

So far so great! This is my 1st order ever and first invicta watch. I hope i love it. If so it wo 't be my last either... Ok so i have recieved my invicta diver watch and WOW what a great time piece! So so impressed! Thanks for the great service znd great product, I will be buying more invicta's throught you in the future!

My husband only wears Invicta I have lost count of how many he has but he has gotten our Son & grandsons wearing them also. Fantastic watch style is awesome overall the best watch on the market.

System is very vague in regards to coupons

System is very vague in regards to coupons. They can only be applied to certain models. Also when you checkout the cost of the taxes will change from your cart, even if you are already logged in.
