Customer service was terrible. Our watched were not shipped when they said they would be. We kept getting told different stories about the shipping of our watches.

You guys have improved a lot much better shipping time & cushioning the material inside!;)
--however, you need to put a packing slip in with each order.

The watch was absolutely beautiful, great packaging and presentation. Shipping was very quick, especially for Christmas time. Husband loved it. I am very happy with my purchase.

It was a good experience. Also wanted to purchase warranties for some of the watches but there was no options online to add. Disappointed in this area.

Website is easy to navigate. Lots of watches to choose from. Incredible prices. Shipping was slow on my last order but everything was perfect when it arrived.

Was an exceptional shopping experience. The only down side was it took a week to "process" and ship from 20 mins away from my house and I paid 15 dollars for that shipment.

I wish you contact me in a quicker manner. Takes to long for orders to get a tracking number or information about shipping.

Your orders are never processed timely and when you call, there is same old answer it's in process. Shop HQ has a great system, why can't you all process and ship like them.

I ordered 4 watches two of the four had a dead battery that I had to replace.
No credit or batteries provided by vendor.

Not Happy with how it was shipped or handled.

Always a easy shopping experiences and they seemed to have cut down on the processing time and shipping. I have gotten my last two items pretty quick.

I'm just beginning my Invicta Watch collection. With that said I am now up to a total of eight in two months. I like the weekly deals that are available on the sight!

First experience was great for order#*******. However my second order #******* is displeasing. I have been waiting 3 weeks for a shipping confirmation. Still have not received.

No instructions came with my watch showing me how to adjust the Time, Date & nothing telling me what the other buttons functions are used for, frustrating.

The search didn't filter down when I sorted by different colors, band materials, etc. Other than that, the site was easy to understand and quick to navigate.

Pleasure doing business, this is my fourth watch and every one have been more than worth the money. They look much more expensive than anyone would guess.
