I ordered a limited edition Mickey Mouse watch and it came in a little box it was washed in the little box and my husband was very upset because he wanted the Disney box with the watch but according to your salesperson you don't have those boxes no more so I'm debating on returning the watch and go somewhere else
Prompt delivery and the watch makes a powerful statement! I took out two links in the band and it fits perfectly. Youtube has some step by step videos that show how to do this.
My order took weeks to process and fill. All the while, I continued to receive daily advertisements from Invicta to buy another watch of the same model that was advertised as being in stock.
Bought for a birthday gift in May, was not able to apply the promotions to get an even better price, overall good price, I guess. Yet to reviewing watch and will let you know
The stores does a great job with very competitive sales! Especially for collectors of invicta watches like me! I purchase at least 2 a month,for over 2 years now! Not once! A damaged watch!

Everything was fine however, it didn't even ship out until a week after I ordered and paid for it. Other than that, I love Invicta. This is my 6th watch.

I purchased a Coifmann SC0438. It is impossible to set up. Your Customer Service Dept. emailed me a 165 page manual for setting up Coifman Watches. There wasn't a Model even close to mine. You have features that cannot be setup with with any configurations you have. The watch is pretty, but a piece of worthless
Junk. How do I return it? I put many hours into working with it, I am very dissapointed.

Nothing was said that two of the watches would have the red line across the back indicating they are used or had some work done on them. No problem though I still like them.
I ordered 2 watches. I never received any delivery updates. 1 watch arrived 2 weeks after ordering. The other one never showed up to my residence. Not very happy about missing out on $90
Overall I'm pleased with Invicta Stores.com but EXTREMELY disappointed with shipping. Will loose me as a customer because of FedEx shipping. They send confirmation of a delivery day on a Saturday and they don't even deliver on Saturdays.
Everything was great with watch and time. Only issue is only having Fed Ex as option. Due to apartment, no door bell, have to have package held at a Walgreens which is like 20 miles from where I live
The experience will be over once I receive my product. I think that would be a better time for feedback. On this order you guys rock. So much so I made two more. We shall see how they go.
Product did not match description. Details stated a Ronda 5040D movement. Which is what I wanted. Picture showed a Z60 movement. So I ordered hoping the picture was in error and the details description was correct. Will be returning this watch.
So far, great products, really decent prices (and sale items) and great Invicta Associates I've dealt with on the phone, there is a issue on getting out tracking numbers and notifying us buyers it has been shipped along with the tracking number, I did bring this to they're attention, so lets see what happens from here, 10/13/19.
Once this tracking number issue is corrected, I" will change this to a 5 STAR RATING because you guys really do deserve it!

With COVID-19 going on I thought I would receive my watches later than the date, it was maybe a day or two difference, but overall not bad at all! Love the watches I bought and the pricing for them was even better!
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I've had the opportunity to get many of the time pieces I've always wanted.
The staff at Invicta has been outstanding with the challenges of packaging and shipping.

I ordered the watch that I wanted and gave the address of where it was to be sent
It was sent to an old address and when I called the person said there was nothing they could do as they'd sent the watch out and the address the old address is what they had on file even though I gave the address to my new address
I had to contact the old property where I lived (which was over a year ago!) and luckily they found it so I had to out of my way to go and collect it!
I'm happy with the watch as I always am when I buy an Invicta watch but this horrible experience from the rude staff of Invicta has put me off buying further watches from Invicta!

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
