I feel as the photo did not accurately depict the product. The photo was a really beautiful BIG watch but I received a small, thin, cheap watch thst does not represent the quality that I am used to with Invicta products.

Never got a straight answer from Customer Service and ended up paying a higher price. Has had a negative effect on my shopping with Invicta in the future.

Prices and discounts I very much was satisfied but the delivery time needs work because I didn't receive all of my order until a month later of purchase

I am greatly satisfied with the customer service, delivery and product. Not to mention the huge discount. It is a plus. I will buy again, that's for sure.

I'm very happy thus far with the three watches I have recently ordered from Invicta. They arrived in much better condition than they do from Evine or Amazon.

Took days and an email to finally get a delivery confirmation, Was given a 10% coupon that didn't work on any item I was thinking about buying additionally

I am pleased with what I ordered. Just wish Invicta would offer a broader selection for women. Mens have tons more choices as far as colors and varieties.

Husband had been wanting an Invicta for a while now. Bought one for his birthday and he absolutely loves it. I plan on adding to his future collection.

Ordered this item initially. Never received it. Just got an email saying the order was cancelled with no explanation. Had to reorder and received it a month later.

Shipping and delivery time was rather long. Preparing a product for 5 days before shipping sounds rather stone-age to me.
Whatever causes that should be eliminated double quick.

I love Invicta stores prices, I just don't like how the weekend specials fluctuate. I could've gotten this watch cheaper if it was 45% off instead of 40%.

The chain watch is too heavy but beautiful, the blue leather did not meet my requirement. The delivery was professional and perfect. Shall buy again. Good job. Thanks.

My overall experience was great, I had some problems at first but it was with me putting in incorrect information, after all that was settled everything went smoothly.
