I ordered 1 box of 8 watches and it came broken, I had to call customer service and they gave me a gift card. Apart from waiting more than 3 weeks for it to arrive. But in general everything is fine

The watch I receive is not the One above. Even if it does have 1541 sticker on it. It is 52 mm and it does have a polyurethane/silicone band, not the Stainless Steel band and because of the band, needs to be replaced! The polyurethane band after a year is breaking, will be not the first watch I can't use anymore because the band! I have as of now four Invicta watches that I have to invest more money because the band broke.
Please send a return label and send the correct watch! With Stainless Steel band!
I will never buy a watch if it has any other band than Stainless Steel band.

The watch is gorgeous, but the one I received was, I think, a return. It was packaged like our past Invictas, we have 20 btwn. The 2 of us. The plastic piece that keeps the winder out, so it doesn't drain the battery? Well, my watch was missing that and I received a watch that is dead. We are a huge fan of Invictas, but this has kind of soured us both. Will take it to a watch repair person and get a new battery, but still, shouldn't have to do that with a brand new watch!
Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I called in 3 separate time after placing my order and was on hold over an hour each time until i finally hung up and never spoke to a rep.
I requested 6 bracelets in my cart and only one was charged. To get the others I have to pay tax and shipping again now! I've never gotten a response back for this inquiry either

I still have not received the Star Wars watch ordered on 12/24/19. It does dot even show up on order history. Payment was taken out of my account. I can not get reply from help.

I cancelled this order. I ordered on December 16th with guaranteed delivery for Christmas. I reached out many times via email and phone to get status because the website continued to state pending. Finally on December 23rd, after an hour on hold I finally got through to someone who said it would be shipping on the 24th and I would have it 5-7 business days after that. That wouldn't help me for Christmas so I cancelled the order.
I WAS PROVIDED A PROMO CODE WHEN REGISTERING INDICATING 10% OFF MY INITIAL ORDER. THERE WERE NO RESTRICTIONS THAT WERE INDICATED. THE CODE DIDN'T WORK AND I WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO RESOLUTION.

It took longer than expected to receive my item. I call three times to customer service because the person kept disconnecting me when they placed me on hold.

Sometimes the prices and shipping can be higher than other online options. I still find some great deals and buy mainly because I use my Invicta Credit Card.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
