They were out of stock of the item I bought, they apologize and tell me to put another perder and that they will honor the discount and refund to my credit card, this is the order I send it to CS... Nothing happened no refund at all, pure BS, this is really bad... if you tell a customer somenthing you need to honor the proposal...

I have bought many watches from Invictastores.com so far I haven't had any issues with the watches I have purchased. I find the watches are good quality style and design and reasonably priced. I've collected many of your watches and I am always proud to show them off when I wear them. Many people and friends ask me about the watches I wear and I always direct them to Invictastores.com.

When the watch that I purchased arrived, I was supremes of how big the watch face was. I thought that I received the men's version. The picture that is on the web site looks a lot smaller than it actually is.

Ordered 2nd time didn't have in stock was disappointed why was I able to put in cart if there was no stock

The Invictastores web page is easy to navigate and the have excellent pictures of the different watch models to select. The order processing was quick and excellent. Delivery of selected watch was on time.

I own 9 Invicta watches, 6 Automatic and 3 Battery watches. I also purchased 4 Invicta Watches for my wife who loves her watches, and 1 for my granddaughter. As you can see from my purchases I really like Invicta Watches.

Called for costumer service because wanted to know status of my purchesed watch it took a long time for then to send me a tracking number but called various times for more than 15min waiting. Theres was no reply from customer service.

When the watch arrived its appearance was not what I expected. When I then called Invicta, I was impressed by how pleasant & helpful the person was in explaining how I could rtn. The watch. Very shortly thereafter, I was emailed a rtn. Label, & I returned the watch. I subsequently ordered a different watch. A very positive experience!

This is the second watch I ordered. The first watch i ordered, i never received,I contacted your company and your representative stated that it MIGHT be shipped the following day. Then I received an email stating that watch was not in stock.

I seen this watch online and loved it. The price I paid for this watch was very reasonable at first look at this peice. When I received the watch I was astonished and the packaging and the watch box it arrived in. The watch itself was amazing way above my expectations, but be warned it is heavy. Overall I love it!

The items purchased were noted under a sales banner with a coupon discount. The coupon was not honored. I was told not all items advertised under the sale banner would qualify for the discount. The sale banner and coupon were very misleading. Thus the above poor customer service (customer NO service) rating.

I live the elegance and diversity of the Mickey Limiyed edition Watch. It's my new Favorite watch! The o line shopping was easy and glitcheFREE! Thanks for all the other watches (3) I purchased for gifts are equally fantastic! Thanks so much Invicta!

It's on fed ex not y'all it was suppose to be here Saturday the 28th then changed to Tuesday the 30th and the box looked like it had been dropped and run over but the watch was in good condition and works great

It took 2 weeks for my order to be processed for shipping.it wasn't until I contacted the customer service after waiting 2weeks for the email so I could track my order did I receive confirmation it was processed & on its way.but everything else was great as usual

Very good so far I still have a problem no one have gone touch with me about the price and the discount of my watch and a credit that I was due for my watch please could you please take care of these problems for me please thank you very much would like to get a credit because I want to buy another watches

Great, except I wish there was an Invicta store near me where I could have had the band sized at no charge.
It ultimately cost me $15.00 to have it sized at a local Jewelery store.

Perhaps consider a store at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY.

The watch in the picture said it was Swiss Made. When I received the watch it said Swiss movement. For watch collectors, that's a big difference. I wouldn't pay that much for a Swiss movement but I would pay $600 for a Swiss Made. Please make sure the picture matches the product.
