Site easy to navigate and quick to load. The watches arrived quickly. My husband was thrilled with his watch. I didn't like mine as much and I have returned it. InvictaStores sent me the label and I returned the watch last week. I received confirmation they received it last Thursday.
I am hoping to receive my refund soon. I wish I would have received an email from them confirming their receipt of the watch and that they were processing my refund, but I haven't received anything. They watch was never worn. In fact, the plastic wasn't even removed from the band. They said it would take 5-7 days for my refund to be processed, I just wish the company would communicate/confirm they have received it (even though I have confirmation from FedEx).
Love the watch it's just too heavy I will be returning it within the next 30 days, a little disappointed because I wasn't aware of how the website detailed the weight of your product, I hope to find a diff one that is much lighter in weight.
My biggest issue was with the delivery time to receive my product. I was purchasing for my parents anniversary and was hoping to receive my product in time for their anniversary. I ordered a men's watch and a women's watch. The mens watch came 2 weeks later than expected and the women's watch came 2 weeks after I reveived the mens watch. That was with me paying for 2 day delivery hoping to receive my products on time.
This is the first time I bought anything from invecta. I had a problem with my first watch I ordered a second one it came in in a timely manner. Your products are gorgeous I get a lot of compliments on my watch.i get a lot of compliments...
It was a great experience with a great delivery time! Came two days after I placed my order! Just in time for gift wrapping time and the quality of my order was in GREAT condition and I will be shopping with them again and I'll recommend them to anyone!

Shipping was a bit of a hassle for the invicta fragrance and star wars limited edition boba fett watch took a little longer then expected. I ordered with the 2 day shipping and the fragrance took 4 days to receive and the watch took an extra 4. Though I didn't know that it was a yellow tag watch cause it wasn't mentioned in any emails (there for it took 4 days to package the item and ship it out and then it was 3 days to receive it) so keep that in mind.
Over all I'm extremely satisfied with the products, the fragrance smells really nice and the watch has a nice chunky feel and you can feel the quality that goes in to making the watch, I have no regrets on this purchase making this my second Disney limited edition and 6th invicta I Highly recommend both items.
My services with invictastores was great up until the delivery. I didn't receive my item until a week later from the time I was told. I missed a week from work waiting for it. I called several times to speak with a manager and I was never compensated for the inconvenience.
The watch that I ordered dosen't look like the one that was sent to me... The one I ordered didn't have a snake head on it... Nor did I see the wings on the watch on the website... I am disappointed this time to say the least...
I thought shipping was late and the option they gave was to cancel if didnt ship, why cancel. I would have been angry if you guys said were canceling and refunding the money like the email stated. Someone could have reached out and contacted me first.
FED-EX muffed the delivery. The package was delivered a block away. I filed an inquiry with FED-EX but, before their investigation was completed, an HONEST and kind-hearted citizen contacted me and connected me with my package. Other than this snag, my shopping experience with Invicta Watch Store has been superb. Keep up the good work.
I have a big Problem with the first order i have, I order alot and they shipped in 3 parcel.
1 product i have not received and already paid for it. I called and informed customer service to let them know that 1 item i have not received, but they keep insisting that the package has been delivered. I explained to them that i have a big order and they shipped the merchandised in multiple or more shipments. I called so many times but unfortunately no one is willing to help me. The most annoying of all you will be on hold for almost 2 hours and i am waiting patiently but when the customer rep. Get on the line wont even bother to solve your problem cause they are in a hurry to go. So sad, very poor customer service.
The items arrived at different times. The first item arrived on time, which was the Venom watch. The 2nd item arrived a week and a half later. I emailed customer service twice for a status on the item, but never received a response.
You should put a delink video out specifically for Invicta watches. I can usually do it myself but had to outsource to a professional to get it sized to my wrist. But, besides that the watch is AWESOME!

The watch arrived quickly, and was packaged well. It appeared to be a used or returned product, though, because it arrived with a scratch on the bezel, and a mark on one of the lugs. It's a nice looking watch, and well worth the price I paid, but I was disappointed that it arrived damaged. I decided it was not worth the time and effort to return it.
I understand due to the Covid-19 that orders was on back order however no communication was given and one of the two watches I purchase was not available and I wasn't given another option to buy. I am a collector and I have sent two of my watches to the service center and yet to receive them back. I'm being to be disappointed with the services that I'm receiving considering I have spent thousands of dollars on your brand! Help me out by your response to this feedback.
Buyer be where and use common sense. Description of watch was wrong. Mens 40mm speedyway stainless steel w/Rose gold and diamond bezel. The Rose on this model is actually pink. And with the size of 40mm it looked like women watch. Now with the price i paid for it, i decided to give it to my daughter for her birthday do to her good grades and wife already having 4 diamond bezel watches.
I ordered 2 watches. The first watch that came was not the watch that customer service said was being delivered first. When the watch came the box had tape on it that indicated that the box had been opened. The watch band had scratches. So customer service was semi helpful. But it took longer than the 5 business days to ship... I had to call customer service 2x to get a tracking number.
I am by no means a watch connoisseur, but I really like most of the Marvel and DC comic collection watches and have been very pleased with my purchases to date of the 7 watches I purchased in the last week 4 will be Christmas gifts. Now if I can find one in camouflage I'll be set.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
