The watch i received was not the same as the picture on the web site...the web site pic showed a matt black watch band and body the watch i received was a shiney silver watch band and body...i like the watch and will keep it but i don't like it when the web site product is not what a buyer receives...false advertising and Invicta did not respond to my complaint shame on them
Loved this watch and price was amazing! At first Incould not beleive the price for that quality and style of that purchase price. People are giving me a lot of compliments on you product Zeus magnum stainless steel 52mm watch! Thanks and will be looking for more great buys and sales prices down the road.
I did not like that, no one was available to give a quick timeline on my order. One of my watches that I purchased was not available after it was paid, I do appreciate the response on return my money.
The watch I ordered was packed without care. It was a good thing I looked at it before wrapping it. It was out of the plastic protective covering and was not on the foam piece to display the watch. I was very surprised being that I paid so much for the watch that it was packed so carelessly. But this was an easy fix and it wasn't damaged. The shipping time was great and the watch is so nice! Thank you.
Ok I have several orders that I am still waiting on. I have received 1 item of 1 order. And on one order, I have only received about 1/2 of it. On another order, I received one item. Then, I see they are sending the rest of the order, but they are sending a duplicate of the watch I already received, and instead they are shorting me on another watch that I ordered four of, I am only gonna get three. Very messed up. I will be calling customer service, after I see what I ACTUALLY receive.
I loved shopping on invictastores.com. The selection was great. The pricing was phenomenal and the speed of delivery was fantastic. I will be shopping for all my invicta watches from here from now on.
The site tends to refresh at odd moments. Might be a once a chance thing that happened to me. Other than that, the selection is nice. The random refresh actually is what led me to getting the watch I did. The price dropped to a number I couldn't resist on a watch I otherwise didn't think I could afford. Another one to the collection!
Wonderful site and easy to maneuver to find what watch you want or if you are just browsing to see what is available till you find a watch that you want because once you start looking it is hard to stop. Then you place your order which is super easy it is delivered to your door in days. And the best part is when you open the box to see the watch you ordered, beautiful and elegant, well made and the detail is incredible and it also comes with a great warranty. Hands down the best watches period.
Awesome experience. I am still waiting to receive an order placed in May 14,2020 but due to COVID19 I do understand the delay. But, I am very satisfied with the items I have already received.

I did finally receive my order after contacting customer service through email. I could not get through via phone but understand the COVID-19 situation. I am still waiting for 1 time piece that I paid for and have not yet received. But overall my experiences with Invicta have been GREAT!
It was one of the best that I have had in some time.This is the first Invicta watch that I have purchase, And so far I am very pleased with it I believe it may be my primary watch brand from here on out.
The watch only worked for a couple of days. Now is not working. I tried to go to a physical store but they are closed for coronavirus. I was researching in the webpage what to do but I could not find anything helpful for this case. I would appreciate your support
It takes a few days to process / ship the orders. It would be nice if that moved a bit faster.
The color showed in the photo showed the watch to more of a soft baby blue but upon arrival the watch is more of an anodized blue tone. Not too big of a deal, and probably would have made the purchase anyway, but the baby blue would have fit my wardrobe nicer.
I contacted you via e-mail that the watch wasn't working and I haven't received a return authorization to have the battery replaced in the watch. How old is the watch that you sent me that the battery died in the few days of shipping?
I didn't realize the watch I ordered had a leather white band.

The wait time for delivery is very poor the watch is beautiful and we are very satisfied with the item. I just wish delivery can be paid attention to because it shouldn't take as long as it did for it.
I was pleased with the service I received when I contacted invictastores.com regarding and address change for my order. I received a response promptly and received my order within the next few days. The watch is awesome and my husband loves it.
I have one MAJOR critique of the shopping experience. When buying from Invicta online the watches only have 1 picture. It's aggravating that you can't see the product from all angles or even 2 angles.
I shouldn't have to go on other sites or do a Google image search to get a better look at the watch to determine it's dimensions and features. Invicta has watches with multiple clock faces positioned on the side of the case that aren't visible in the online picture. I had no idea why the watch was shaped the way it was until I saw it in person and realized there's another clock in there.
Please include more pictures on your product pages and the more information in the product description the better.
It was awesome I was looking for something new and exciting. This watch is awesome although most people tell me it is to heavy once it is on your wrist it is as light as a feather. This watch looks good and fits right. This is my 7th Invicta and my favorite so far.
