Watch arrived with the lug pin bent and bracelet separated from the watch. I usually have to take the watch to my jeweler to have it sized anyway, so he replaced the pin, he commented he never saw a watch arrive with a broken pin like this one.

Watch came promptly. The watch band, however, was disconnected from the watch. The pin is either broken or bent. Will have to take to a jeweler to repair. I have ordered 6 others watches and this is my first "negative" experience.

I had a good experience overall. I wish Invicta had some more Lupah watches with the interchangeable straps and a mother of pearl dial and some high polished gold bracelet Venom watches with mother if pearl dials.

The Invictastores.com is of great value to the customers. A wide variety of products are displaced and a detailed information about the problem is provided. From the information i could make a choice that i am proud.

I have several invictas but I am not satisfied with this last one. I can't tell what time it is because of the design of the face and it does not always keep the correct time. I will be returning it and will probably buy another one.

I ordered a watch from invicta, first I received an email stating that it would be delayed due to Coronavirus. Later I received another email stating my money would be returned due to not being able to full fill my order.

Easy to complete the order but delivery through FedX was horrible. They stated they made an attempt to deliver when none was made. Son and Fiancé never heard a knock or the doorbell. It took 6 days to deliver after that

Experience was okay. I was never told about my shipment delay on part of my last order. I paid extra for 2nd day shipping and the last part of my order came a week and half later, was very disappointed with the shipping experience.

I didnt recieve a follow up email stating the product was shipped. I came home one day and a small box was at my door. It could have been taken without me knowing because I wasn't expecting a delivery

The experiance and photos were great. The only problem I had was due to not seeing the full price until i hit submitted the payment. ( I didn't see what the taxes were which were $14.54 until I submitted the payment) But I cant wait to see these watches in person.

You should be pround how nice your online process is, good job! I was in the industry for the eary years of online and you have done a great job... Very Impressed with service and product. I am actually going to wakeboard and surf with this watch, today was first day just go home and all good!

Totally first class timepiece! This was my 3rd Invicta purchase and as always, a great value and a great looking watch!

I'm overall satisfied with the three watches I purchased but due to the holidays I guess shipping and processing of my order took awhile, almost two weeks after I placed the order even though it was ground shipping it took awhile. But overall I'm a happy customer and once I get my last watch I can give this to my friend.

Received the watch and am satisfied with the purchase. This my 3rd Invicta watch. It is my Christmas gift. Nice surprise.

The glasses couldn't be returned which makes no sense but they were not at all what I expected. Not great quality. The watches however are excellent. Need more women's versions of the men's watches. The men's versions are more stylish.

The overall purchase was great. The Invicta box it came in was not. It wasn't the yellow box. It seem very cheap made of cardboard. The watch was wrap in a weird plastic. I wasn't happy about that part.
