I bought a watch band # 6262 I had it for less than a month and it broke several places the watchband was defective I want to exchange it for watchband # 6258.I've emailed the company as of yet I haven't had a reply.

I have never owned an Invicta watch before. I was on the hunt for a specific color-schemed watch and when I found what I found what I was looking for as an Invicta I was excited. Fortunately, the sales and promotion were so good I couldn't resist purchasing a second watch for my fiance. Great experience and I appreciate the sale!

I bought the model *******. I called several times, because the watch is not working. I did not receive any answer. The costumer service is bad, really bad.
So the service that I am receiving is very poor. Unless this problem is solved, I will never recommend invicta to any one, on the contrary mi advise will be: do not buy this brand.

The first one that came to me was that of a man and it arrived very well a week later that of a lady arrives and that one arrived out of place and with a brilliant out of place but I did not return it although I arrive damaged take it to a jeweler that will hit the sparkly. Otherwise everything excellent. Thank you

I received the watch on Nov. 2nd but found it too large for my wrist and could not be worn so I fedexed it back to Invicta for a refund the same day but so far have not been given credit on my credit card. I did place an order for another watch with a smaller footprint on my wrist (new order *******) and that was received and is satisfactory. Please advise status of order ******* refund. Thank you.

The store was easy to shop. I'm a little disappointed in my purchase. The large diamonds around the bezel are surrounded in white rubber. In the photo, I didn't discern this was the case. I'm getting used to the look.

I was using the invicta card to pay and the site was very hard to pay i do understand for security purposes but it makes me a little reluctant to go through the process again to make a purchase. The watches look amazing and the time frame was awesome for recievial of the product

I liked the watch. The problem I had was the watch us so heavy, there is no way I could wear the watch all day. I sent it back a week ago for a refund, and I still haven't got my money back. Invicta claims it has to go through inspections to be sure it wasn't worn. I had the watch less than 12 hours. I received it on Thursday afternoon, and sent it back Friday morning. There was no time at all to wear it.

I was very Disappointed with the watch I purchased... way too small and very Cheap looking. I will return it and maybe get a Larger better Watch... it's the Gold Dive Watch that looks like a Rolex Submariner. Did NOT know it was so SMALL... Herbert Whalen

This is the second watch that something is broken on it. I have to pay money to send it to the repair facility, and I recieved it broken. Ive bought 4 watches since Christmas and 2 are not up to standard.

Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he was speechless. TBH it was bigger than I expected but he's flashy and absolutely loved it.

When I placed my order it said I would have it by Fathers Day, well that didn't happen after calling customer service and speaking to Jorge he said he would try to expedite the shipping. Well Jorge did something because my order showed up 10 days later.

Very nice and easy. We love it. It was for my husband's birthday and he was in shock when he saw it. He is in love with it. Super fast delivery, I order it Friday at 11:40pm regular delivery and by Tuesday morning it was home. Very nice, fast, well pack I am happy.

Well, I really like the watch I received but the band was huge. It was a ladies watch but the band would fit Shaq! And unfortunately I can't get it fixed because the jewelry stores are all closed. Anyway, I guess I will have a great watch someday.

Overall I am pretty much satisfied with all services. Except one thing that 3 Disney Mickey's watch only receive 2 Disney Limited Edition Box, one Mickey's silver watch is in normal case. I know you had sent me a message saying that one case in separate shipment and I received the Disney case. But still one the silver Mickey watch came with normal Invicta watch case.

The product I received did not have the factory protectant applied to the bracelet nor the rear of the watch; the price label was removed with visible residue; and the clasp does not appear to be original to the watch band.

The watch is gorgeous! The only con is that it doesn't have a screw in stem. Although the watch claims it is water resistant to 100m, the customer service representative recommended against swimming with the watch.
Have received many compliments on the watch.
