My experience with your customer service was great. But the case that contain my watch was damage and the contents in the case were just thrown around it the case. I have several watches I purchase from Invicta and I love the product. I probably order more in the future. But Iam still disappointed with how long it took to get my order and how I received it

Very fast, easy to use website. I look forward to receiving my new watch. The website offered the most competitive price I found. I am very pleased with my watch. This is the 3rd watch I have purchased, the other two on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship. I get many compliments on my watches.

Great discounts for outstanding watches. I love these watches! I bought one for my 36 yr old son but my grandsons birthday was just yesterday. I gave him a choice one that I got for him that was a wide leather band and all black or the Ivicta watch I got for my son. To my surprise my 19 yr old grandson was in love with the Ivicta watch! Ya never know.

When I placed my order, December 3rd, I paid for 2 day delivery but the watch was delivered until 5 days later, December 8th. How do I get a refund?

The watch wasn't accurately described on the site and illustrations rather than photos of the watch were shown. The first time I placed the order it was cancelled; no explanation. Delivery took a bit longer than I was expecting. The clasp on the watch appears to be a bit garbled but since this is the last watch they have in stock, I have no choice but to keep it.

I had a great experience with this invictastore. Product was exactly as shown. Still better in person. Delivery time was super fast. I missed the delivery, but I managed it through the FEDEX app since I was out of town. And as soon as I got back, I went to pick it up at a FEDEX location I had previously chosen and I had no issues with this.
I highly recommend invictastores.com. Great products at great price!

I have purchased three watches. I received the one purchased on April 29-30. I am waiting for notice that the one purchased on May 10 has been shipped. Order # *******. Model *******.

The Invicta Akula Platinum Select all black swiss made watch is more stunning in person then in the photos. It looked like & did have a lower profile then many of the other Invicta watches I own, actually making it more distinctive looking with it's width. Very glad I grabbed this one during the Invicta Yellow Tag event!

One of the watches I received was the wrong one and l sent an email explaining it. They sent a return slip which was for the watch l never received. After the third email and the employee that was working my return, l gave up because the person couldn't understand what l was trying to explain.

The only problem I had was I received no invoice and th err re was a problem with the site so I have no idea what I paid. I didnt even know the watch was coming. But it's awesome so I will be keeping it.

I had to return the watch. It was much bigger And heavier than it showed. I have purchased an Invicta watch from a store in the Borgata. Thought it would be like that. Unfortunately it was soo big and heavy that I had to return it.

I wasn't pleased with the wait time on receiving my package, but I know there is a lot going on in the world right now which is causing delays. I'm also upset because I was under the assumption that I was ordering a man's watch, but when I received it, it was a woman's watch.

Was very very disappointed that a previously purchased watch Broke and was claimed to be unrepairable by Invicta. The watch was purchased on a cruise and is only 2 years old. I felt that Invicta should have replaced the watch but that option was never offered.

I have ordered many times from invictastores.com and have always been satisfied with the quality of the items, pricing and delivery times. I will continue to order in the future and recommend this site to others.

My order took awhile to be delivered, but that is okay. My issue is with the fact that I received the watch, opend the box, and I could see the pin that holds the bracelet to the case was sliding out. After removing the protective plastics, the pin literally just slide out. There's no way I could wear the watch, with out the pin slipping out... worse case, while I'm walk and it goes crashing to the ground, destroying my watch.

I would have given you 5 stars and I appreciate the expediency on hiw fast the order was delivered. Hiwever, i was supposed to get an email on when it shipped...which I should have received as the order was shipped. Only thing...I got it 3 days after I received the order at home. Thinking it was so.e books I ordered...my wife opened it and saw her Birthday gift instead... not good! Every thing else was 5 stars!

The site and the ordering process was great, shipping was super fast. My main issue was the color's on the online pics were much more beight and vibrant than the actual watch. It was kinda disappointing.
