I initially was worried about delivery of my watch I thought it would take about a week. I called customer service to get a delivery day. The explanation given satisfied my concerns. I recieved my watch and am very happy with my purchase. I will shop the site again for sure. I am a very satisfied customer.
I'm very happy with the product and the price. However when I came to pay I had a small issue with PayPal and I called customer service. He told me he couldn't help and when I tried to further clarify the issue he hung up. Besides terrible customer service, the product and price were great.
I wasn't satisfied with the processing time. I ordered a different Invicta watch from Evine, the day after I purchase from Invicta and I received that watch in exactly 5 days. Invicta took an additional 6 days. It's also advertised that processing time is 4 to 5 business days and it took 6 or 7 business days for me to get an email notifying me that my or was being shipped. Way too long for processing!
One thing about my watch when midnight comes the numerical date changes but it seems the actual day dial, sun to mon etc. seems to take alonger period of time to turn over i asume this is normal please have some one contact me to explain my model#******* I do likethe watch also my phone is *******696 thank you
I had another great experience shopping online with Invictastores.com, the only negative experience was with shipping. I was unaware one order with multiple products would come in different boxes on different days.
The website shopping experience is HORRIBLE. Shopping was great until the checkout portion; the fields did not populate properly, I couldn't add my Invicta credit card, the addresses wouldn't allow for separate billing and shipping... I thought it was my device so I tried it on a laptop vs my phone. Same problem. It was a frustrating experience and I almost let the order go twice. But given the products were a gift, I called customer service and the associate placed my order. The human service was extremely helpful! And I am satisfied with the product. The site just needs some help.
This is my 6th Invictia watch. Every watch I have purchased has been a great quality watch. The 1st one I bought is over 10 years old and still runs great. This is the 1st automatic watch that I have bought so hopefully it runs just as well.
The product was not new as there was no plastic wrap over the band or over the watch itself. Not sure if this watch was returned by another customer then reshipped to me? The product was in good working order though!
I am disappointed that I reached out immediately to cancel my order and was told it couldn't be cancelled because it shipped but I waited months to receive it. I was delighted with the order when it arrived and changed my mind about keeping it.
The watch was beautiful however it was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. His birthday was on the 4th of July I did not receive it until after his birthday. Maybe like July 7th. I paid 27.00 for two day shipping.
Amazing watch and amazing deal i couldn't pass up on it. I was in a training in another state and would be back for two months but I pull the trigger and have no regrets. They delivered to the hotel and when I open up the case I realized even more of a deal I got. So if you see a deal don't pass on it get it and have it sent your way.

That's how I found out about the watch I have now and was able to take advantage of the fantastic sale price I got. I love my new watch. I love all my Invicta watches though. Lol
Fed ex delivered my watch to the wrong house. And then told me it was Invicta's problem because the driver delivered it to the right house. If I didnt assume where the watch was FedEx would have been the result of the watch being replaced
Couldn't access the 15 percent off for the weekend. Wknd15. Then was given a price match because price dropped alot, then again 4 days later price dropped again. Unfortunately was denied getting another price match. I feel that purchasing at 1 price and within a week it drops over 100.00, price should be matched to the lowest price. Also wish you had flex payments. Other than that you guys are great
I was a little worried about the condition of this watch as it was preowned,but much to my surprise it was in excellent condition,if I decide to purchase another I will definitely look over the preowned as well as the new.
It is a very nice watch. The only thing was that this watch was not wrapped in plastic and had no plastic sticker on the back. So I hope it wasn't a used or display model. But it had no scratches so I kept it.
I ordered two watches in this order and I paid for 2 day delivery. I ordered on 2/10/20 in time for our anniversary on 2/14/20. Only one watch arrived prior to the 14th and I paid an extra $29 for shipping. This ruined my anniversary.

1st watch shower up in 2 days and I got tracking information on it right after purchase. I never recieved any tracking or other info until a week later when I contacted customer service.
I bought a watch for 317.00 after a discount of a 395.00 price. When I received the watch not only was it a different color than depicted in the picture on invicta.com, But IT HAD A PRICE TAG ON IT FOR 159.00!
When I called the woman was down right rude to me and told me there was nothing she could do about it. I felt ashamed and so fooled. I was slammed by Invicta! SO EMBARRASSING on their part. I still am in shock, as is my whole workplace as that is where it was shipped. I am still awaiting my credit.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
