Price was great, and once receiving the product I found quality is Very Good. I haven't been able to wear my watch yet because of Covid and the jeweler was not open to adjust the band, looking forward to it!

I am usually very satisfied with Invictastores.com. This year I ordered a watch as a Christmas present and ity arrived quickly. I did not like it and returned it. I then ordered another watch right after Christmas, but this one seemed to take forever to ship. Each time I checked the status of my order, it was "Processing." I finally emailed Invicta Stores and it was shipped within a day of my email. I realize it was the Christmas rush, but as I stated in my email, they can ship orders a week from Christmas to get them to the customer by Christmas, but after Christmas, not so fast.
I was not pleased about how FEDEX handled my delivery. I paid for the item to be shipped to a home address, but it was sent to a FEDEX location for me to pick up instead. I was never given a call to explain why, i just received a text on my phone telling me how long I had to pick up my item. After an all day investigation, I was told why. Even though I didn't have to go far to pick up my item, I had a major problem with how it was handled.
Why was my order canceled? I have not received my order then when I looked it up it shows it was canceled
The FedEx driver wouldn't knock on the door & kept leaving door tags on the home; instead of the door. After finding 1 on the ground, 1 on the side of the house & last notification was on the back of the house. If I order from you; hopefully we have delivery options!

This will be my 3rd watch, always a great shopping experience. Although I love the watches an quality of the watches, it took an extremely long time to receive my order. Very disappointed with the fact I paid 15$ for shipping in 2-3day, took 23day instead. Not happy.
INVICTA always gives me great service which I sincerely appreciate. I love the sale prices. I enjoy seeing the shows on Evine and the great prices offered on TV. It is a great product and I believe everyone will last a lifetime.
I purchased a watch on 12/16 for my husbands xmas gift. You sent and order Confirmation #, took the $ from my account and i saw and heard NOTHING from you after that. I never got the package. After repeated calls to you, email and a voice message to you. I still recieved nothing from you. No response, no email reply, no answered phone calls. I finally canceled the order via paypal on 12/26. THANKS FOR NOTHING! You ruined my xmas gift giving. I will NEVER place an order with you again, and will tell anyone & everyone to do the same. This watch was the one thing my hubby really wanted, i was finally able to afford to get it for him...and you guys wreaked everything.

I was worried that I wasn't going to receive my watch because I gave a wrong # in my address. But I did receive it and the FedEx young was kind enough to call me letting he was outside of my apt. Unit with my package. Overall experience was FANTASTIC! Thank you!
I called twice and emailed because I could never get through to customer service. I thought i would receive my pkg in about 7 days it was almost 2 wks. Was just a little disappointed but my mom.loved the watch and it was worth it.
I have a very large collection of Invicta watches. I have purchased most of them on Evine. They have a great payment plan. Anytime I purchase an Invicta timepiece, it is entirely wrapped in clear plastic and in the box there is information about the watch, warranty and info stating that the watch is authentic. The watch arrived with no plastic warping and a mark on the clash. No info was included except for a polishing cloth. I would not purchase from you again nor would I recommend you to friends that also collect Invita timepieces. I have returned the watch to you and expect a FULL refund.
