I work in a survey governed industry so I didnt want to slam a great company, but I must say its ridiculous that I need to take off work to be home to sign for something that cost me $15 or even $50. My last order was for earrings that cost me $15. Fedex wouldn't let me sign a slip to leave them at my home. Guys its $15...taking off work or having to re-route the fedex delivery to another location and have it delayed further is insane. Do I need to start shipping my orders to my office?

You were removing watches as I was shopping.
I received the watch and right away it was obvious quality control does not exist with your staff.
The chrono part of the watch was moving the opposite direction backward, it's so obvious it wasn't even looked at before you shipped it.
I like the watch, I just can't trust the process or the people handling the product.
I'm gonna send it back for the same watch. If your people can't check it out before they ship it, just refund me and I'll find another brand who at least checks the product out before it leaves the store.
Terrible and totally uncalled for.

I got the watch but I'm trying to return it because it's too big for my wife but I can't get to talk to anybody I've called and called and all I get is music it's rediculas. I can't believe that you guys expect to keep customers if they can't contact you with issues. I've bought 97 watches and luckily I've not had problems but now I do and I need to talk to somebody anybody about getting a return label and how to get a hold of the repair department. I had the same watch for many years, it was my favorite of the many Invicta watches I own. Unfortunately I forgot to take it off, more than once when I went scuba diving, down to 90'. It kept going for about a year or so and then stopped working. I assumed it was the battery but it wasn't and my jeweler said he could take it apart and clean it out for ($125.00) but couldn't guarantee how long it would last. I went on line and found the watch, it doesn't have the blue background that I loved as it was easier to read than my new one with a white background but I absolutely love this watch. I paid less for my new watch than the jeweler's fee for cleaning it and am so happy to have this watch back. Post note: I did purchase one of your beautiful dive watches and love that just as much. Thank you for making such quality and beautiful watches.

It was quick and easy to look up the watches I wanted and the price was great, but I paid $29.00 for 2 days delivery, and didn't received it until 3 weeks later, when I called customerservice two weeks later the person said that my watch wouldn't be send out until that following Thursday. Even when it was sent out Thursday I still didn't received it until that following Wednesday, If I had known it was going to take up to three weeks to get it to me, I would not have paid the $29.00 two days delivery fee.

Not very happy with delivery time but I understand delays, hope to get the rest of my orders soon. I don't plan to order any more products untill all my orders are filled, shipped and received. I was not a happy camper when u received a pro diver with the yellow cable that wasn't running and then j received a women's gold tone skull watch missing a piece from the bezel. Still waiting to hear back from customer service and it's been a week that it arrived... Not happy with how long it's taking to hear back from Invicta customer service. I need a replacement or my money back...
