Process was very easy to order, delivery / shipping status was not timely. Understand the COVID has played a reason, but a notice would have been nice. A co-workers ordered on the same day and requested a status of delivery, COVID was the reason. He too did not receive a delay notification.
I will not order from invictastore.com again. My order was placed on December 5. I was told my order would process in 4-5 business days. I contacted invictastore.com twice. The second time requiree me to threaten to cancel my order to get a status update. On December 16 I finally received an email alerting me that my order had shipped. I did receive my order on December 18 but the experience was definitely not a good one.
I never received an email notifying me of the expected delivery day, therefore I was disappointed that I had to deal with the frustration that comes with FedEx missed deliveries. However this is the first time that I've had this problem and I'm a regular Invicta customer.
I was very satisfied with my purchase and that I was able to surprise my fiance with something I know he wanted. My only complaint was when we went to an Invitica store to re-size the watch, the guy gave up an attitude about it. He said he can only do so IF it was bought through Invictica where I quick;y jumped in and said YES- I purchased it, want to see the receipt and he then said no. As he was adjusting the watch, I noticed they had the same one in the store and called him out on it. That is my only complaint because it makes the company look bad. Maybe the staff needs a refresher course on how to treat customers and not jump the gun before asking ALL appropriate questions to then further determine.
Regarding another order #******* order was delivered INCOMPLETE. I have sent various emails to *******@invicta and i haven't received any repply. I just received item number Model *******. I didn't received item model ******* but gess what? Order has been charge already in the invicta card...
Yes, easy navigation and great pictures.The Invicta site also seemed to have better prices than I found on Amazon and definitely better than the TV shopping channel that always has Invicta watches. If I decide to acquire another Invicta watch I'll check the Invicta site first for details and price.
I understand the delivery is slow due to COVID-19 but, I wished the communication would have been better. I couldn't receive any updates on my purchase. I was at one point thinking it wasn't a legit purchase.
Shopping and check out was fast and easy. DELIVERY WAS A PAIN! Only the addressee can sign for the package which by the way is by signature only, with 2-day express delivery, that was attempted nearly three or four times for delivery during the workday. Though there was a front desk clerk the package could only be signed for by the addressee. Ultimately addressee had to pick up the package from the local carrier almost five days later.
My order was split to two deliveries which wasn't an issue in itself. However, the first order missed the 5 business day by 3 days and the second order was almost 4 weeks! I tried calling and was on hold for an hour. I hung up. I sent emails to which I never received responses. I was not happy because I paid for expedited shipping! If you can't meet your shipping guidelines you shouldn't offer expedited shipping!
The latest version of the Subaqua Noma (VII) offered at such a great price makes this purchase an outstanding buy. For this reason & the excellent service I always receive keeps me coming back for more.
It's my first purchasing with invicta, I first saw them on my boss at work and immediately liked them, I said to myself I got to have one, and sure enough I did, I could be any happier with my purchase, even my girlfriend loved the watches I got for her, the service was excellent, from the I purchased them till the day I received them, my girlfriend and I are happy with our product and we will continue to purchase from invicta. This is the 2nd Invicta watch I've purchased for my Husband and I'm pretty sure I will be purchasing more. Love the website all the watches are shown in big bright colors with great details.
My husband Loves the Big Faces and you cant find them in department stores with 50+ mm, so thats why we Love Invicta Watches many sizes and styles to choose from..
I guess you get what you paid for the watches I purchased were very nice but quality was not what I expected my other watches are more high-quality but then again I spent a little more nevertheless they look nice
My order was deferred and i wasnt contacted after a day.so i couldn't continue with my request and i had to wait for some days for refund by my local bank. I mean if, i had issue during my checkout, i expected that,i should have been informed immediately and the order shouldnt have been deferred with consulting me.
You said earlier "free shipping" then charged me 12.50 I looked 2 days later it was $20 cheaper. I tried to cancel the order BEFORE it shipped, they wouldn't let me(if I send back they get to keep 25%restocking) THEN the watch I received didn't work. It's been returned for repair or replacement (I couldnt BE lucky enough to get a refund)
This was a replacement for a lost order/shipment that was a birthday gift and I still had to pay for shipping even though the order was over $99 I shouldn't have had to pay anything. Shipping g takes way too long and getting replacements takes even longer. Will think twice about using the InvictaStore.com again
I sent an email on Sat. To your support group about returning portion of my order. I have not heard from them about a return authorization and shipping lable.
My order was well over the $99 dollar amount ffg or free shipping and free returns and I am well within the 30 day return policy. I would appreciate some follow up here. It's all great when someone's ordering f ett on you but when they try to make a return they get stonewalled.
I placed 2 orders the same day, the 1st order I received within 2 weeks but the 2nd order after 15 days I received an e-mail saying the watch was out of stock and my money was refunded back to me. 2 days after the e-mail I see the same watch back in stock but the price went up so I feel invicta store just wanted to raise the price. I placed a 3rd order and it's been 12 days now but I have not received an e-mail to let me know my other watch has been sent yet. I hope they don't do the same thing to me and say it's out of stock too. If you would like to call or e-mail me please do (call).
My order was placed on May 1. I emailed Invictastores.com around May 13 and received an automated response 'an email will be sent when the order is shipped.' On May 26 I called a warehouse number and was told Invicta was having issues and was given a name, contact number and email address. I called the number, no answer and so I emailed. Got an email reply that my money would be refunded to my account, which it was on May 29. I had ordered a watch in March was pleased with the turn around time and the product. I REALLY wanted the watch and would have probably reordered but NEVER got to speak to anyone. With emails I keep getting I was going to order another watch, but I guess not because I was never told why my order was cancelled.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
