Shipping notification is lacking, I received one notification that one of the two watches was shipped, and I never did get a second notification for the second watch it just came in the mail and I had no idea when it was arriving.

I didn't recieve my product timely

I didn't recieve my product timely. It was shipped over 3 weeks late. I asked for a refund and that's when my product was shipped. Emails were obviously answered automatically because they always said the samething. Phone calls weren't answered.

I ordered a watch for my son's graduation on May 11th. Paid 29 dollars for 2 day delivery. Emailed customer service didn't hear back for over a week. Finally got watch on May 29th and my 29 dollar refund this week in June. Finally got watch and refund but it took way to long.

I couldn't get the code to work with the first watch I wanted so picked a similar one. On shipping product didn't go out for a few days called left a voicemail didn't get a response. Also hard to find what I'm looking for on the website.

Buckle of watch is made of cheap pressed metal, with friction deployment. There is about a 2mm gap between the bracelet and the buckle, which can catch in things. Also the side of the buckle is sharp. If it weren't for this, this would be an excellent watch for the money.

Good experience except for delivery. I ordered the product on July 29th and did not receive the product until August 15th which was after the day I needed to have it. I paid for 5 day shipping and I didn't get it in that time and that disappointed me.

I love this watch!

I love this watch! It's very comfortable and the design was 10x better physically than the image on your website. The image did not show the grand Craftsmenship from the side and the colors are bolder. The image was flushed in comparison. Very happy with this rugged style and artistic facing.

I was told it would take 3-5 days for order to ship and it took 3-4 weeks- it was for a birthday gift and was inexcusably late. I would call customer service and was told it would be mailed that night (lie) was even given a tracking number that fed ex didn't get for weeks- I was about to cancel when I finally got it- I have 4 invicta watches but I will never order from uou guys again- shame cuz hubby wanted Superman

The shipping time was horrible I order 2 watches the bolt Zeus with the diamonds for my dad and husband and after waiting 6 weeks was told when I called that it was unavailable and I was to be refunded and the customer service rep wasn't willing to offer something else even though I told him how important this was. Very disappointing I was willing to go with the other color. At that point I wanted to cancel all 6 pending orders I had for my personal collection.As you can see I use this email as well as ml1177@ ubhc.rutgers.edu when I'm at work. It was ridiculous.

Service wasn't pleasant, had a difficult time placing my order, 1. I couldn't used my 30% welcome offered
2. I couldn't used my invicta credit card, just would get accepted, this is a brand new card with a credit limits of 5000. I had to used my paypal account which I didn't want to do.

I LOVE your watches! The only comment that I would make is that you advertise your watches in various spots (on the internet, when I play games on my mobile phone), but it is difficult to find the watch that you saw in the ad?! I searched your site for almost 3 days before I found the blue watch that I saw in one of your advertisements! Please understand, I LOVE your watches, and desired this one in particular very badly. So my comments are NOT negative.

I purchased two watches

I purchased two watches. With the purchase of $99 or more I could have recieved free shipping. I wanted the two watches and decided to pay for shipping but unfortunately the watch I wanted I didn't receive. I kept following up on email on the status of my order. It took almost a month after I kept sending email messages on the status of my purchase but no response. Finally I called and unfortunately they weren't able to give me my purchase due to out of stock. So disappointed. I decided to purchase another watch to add on my collection. Finally got a notification that it is being delivered. Need to not show items on your page that are out of stock. Not happy with the online experience from invicta

Store is very easy to use

Store is very easy to use. Only reason I only gave 4 stars is that I can't have the Watch shipped to a PO Box. Where I live I don't have a mailbox as mail gets stolen so I have a PO Box. I have to have the watch shipped to my business which has the mailbox in an alley that risks the package being stolen. I hope the watch ships UPS which is safer for this location.

Paid for 2 day shipping

Paid for 2 day shipping. They told me because of Covid19 they couldn't do 2 day shipping. But after they took the 29 dollars. Had to sent numerous emails to get the money back. Watches took over a month to be delivered.

I bought this gift as a backup Christmas gift since, at another store, the gift took like 3 weeks to come when I ordered it 2 weeks before Christmas. I was worried it wouldn't be here in time so I went to shop for a watch as a backup gift. Then when I placed my order at invicta I thought it wasn't going to be here in time either, but the shipping was so quick and the watch was beautiful as well as it's packaging

Prices are good

Prices are good. Overall all products but one was good. The one that wasn't was a rosegold ladies watch. It was very difficult reaching customer service. But once I did, they did take care of the issue.
