The order was placed on 5/28/20 and was delivered on 6/6/20 after I had to contact Customer Service via email on 6/3/20. Also, I made several attempts to contact Customer Service via phone but no one answered the call leaving me waiting whith no resolve to my pending inquiry for 15 minutes. This is poor Customer Service.
A bit of a lag between ordering my watch and it shipping, and between it shipping and it arriving -- a couple of weeks and another week, respectively. When we're all used to Amazon PRIME, anything longer than 2-3 business days seems unreasonable.
I recieved my watch that I ordered but when I opened it the link that hooks to the watch it self it was completely bent and broken it wasn't even attached to watch so I had to spend money to get it fixed at a jewelry store. I love invicta watches but they gotta make sure they're product is intact and not sent out broken like mines was. One of the little bars was bent also and it broke off that was another reason why I had to take it to get fixed at the jewelry store. It would be nice if y'all can compensate me or send me a new watch or something. That would be nice from y'all part as great customer service.
I was unable to apply more than one coupon code at a time. Therefore, I placed more than one order so that I wouldn't lose the items that I wanted to purchase. Then, I tried canceling this order, but was unsuccessful via phone & e-mail. By the time someone responded to my request, it was too late to stop the order in progress. Fortunately, they weren't very expensive & to eliminate the hassle of returning, I decided to gift the two extra watches.
The on-line ordering process was pretty simple for me to navigate. I requested express (2-Day) shipping for an extra $29.00, because I wanted the watch to arrive in plenty of time for my wife's birthday. Sadly, it didn't arrive on time. So the day after it was supposed to arrive, I called the Customer Service center to inquire what could be done, and how much longer would it take to arrive. The Rep told me it would be another 3-5 days from today. I said, if that is the case, I'd like to be refunded my extra ($29) for (2-day) shipping, because now we're talking about possibly another week before delivery. The agent stated, if you request the refund, then the delivery will fall back even further to "regular shipping" 7-10 days. I was upset by this policy, but still requested my refund because the thrill of receiving the watch on time had passed. THIS PROCESS IS BROKE AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX IT.
Easy and many GREAT deals! My only issue was that my package was received one day after the date that I was originally give. Not a major issue, but I like to be home or have someone available to receive my packages because the area I live in is not necessarily very "friendly". Otherwise, I am LOVING my Invicta watch and plan to build from this one.
I am new to invicta from watching evine. This is my first time I am making and order. My hopes are high and exited to try your product.
It has been a few weeks now. I have received my order. It is beautiful. I love the royal blue and gold tone colors! I stare at the watch in amazement of the quality and beauty of the time piece. I am partial to automatic time pieces. I will be watching the show for another time piece that will catch my attention and purchase another automatic.

These are the first 2 Invicta watches I have ever owned and I am thrilled to have them! I love the size of the watches (34mm & 36mm); both watches look incredible and I love the weight of them - not too heavy yet not lightweight. I am a small built person with very tiny wrists and these watches are perfect. Ordering was very easy (except for narrowing down to just 2 watches to order); delivery was prompt. I was pleased with the buying experience and am extremely happy with my new watches - look forward to wearing them for a long time!
Took forever to ship. Prices going lower after I order and they aren't shipped. You charge my card before shipped so you have my money for several days before shipping. You shouldn't charge until shipped since you take forever. 50 50 weather support gets a hold of you.
I normally buy my Invicta watches from Evine which is now shop HQ this is my first time using Invicta stores the order took a while I emailed customer service they let me know there was a slight delay and my watches came shortly there after. I believe the total delivery time was about 2 1/2 weeks which is not bad at all Yvonne used to get them to me in 4 to 10 days but I've always been very happy with my Invicta watches
I received what appeared to be a used S1 Rally Model ******* (no clear protective stickers on the watch, light scratches on the bezel and the black band had white dust throughout) watch in my initial order.
I called and spoke with Customer Service they sent me a return label and after I sent it back I received a new replacement with new defects quickly thereafter.
On Invictastores.com, I purchased a Grand Diver International pictured with a scalloped bezel... but, what I received was the Grand Diver International with a "coin edge" bezel. Not a big fan of the coin edge but, felt it would be more of a hassle to go through the process of returning it. So, I just kept the watch. I am pleased with the timepiece and the website but this is the first time I didn't get what was advertised.
This was a graduation gift for my son. The price was great and the shipping was super fast. We recieved it within a few days of placing the order. The watch is beautiful and my son loved it. Only drawback was I didn't really read the description well enough regarding the overall size of the watch. It's really big, but my son still loved it. Hoping the jeweler can remove enough links, so he can wear it.
I was not totally satisfied with order handling. I selected the "upcharge" option for 2 day "processing". I understood this was not expedited shipping, however I placed the order on Thurs eve Dec 12. I did not receive any communication that the order was processed until Thurs afternoon Dec 19, after 2 emails.
I feel that if I hadn't reached out with the TWO EMAILS, my order may not have been handled timely.
Receiving the email from you informing me that the order would be going out was a welcome sight, however the added stress was not appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the product and your company. But I am very dissatisfied with the delivery company because the product arrived in Puerto Rico on June 2 and I managed to receive it on June 20 after five calls to the delivery company due to mistakes made by the driver.
I'm teribbly I'm happy yes I did receive this order but the most expensive one I ordered still has not arrived and nobody is following up with my e mails I also paid 89 extra dollars for shipping which obviously was a waste of my hard earned money the order number is #*******
Very happy with my new watch, it is beautiful and keeps great time and is very comfortable it is my first techno marine watch I have many Invicta watches and I felt this was a step up from a pro diver...
I was having trouble putting the order through so I called. This was my 3rd order but cust svc couldn't find me.
I ended up doing my order on my phone-which worked.
Everything else was great and everyone loved the watch.
Couldn't get the item into my cart emailed support, was told the item was out of stock once I had already placed the order. Couldn't get the pay with Invicta card button to work. Was told by support I had to have the actual card which was in my hand and still wouldn't work. Not the best customer support in the business.

However, received broken box with bracelet and foam pieces inside. No watch, just foam and a tiny bracelet. I was devastated. I had no idea they were shipping separately, so I figured that I had been scammed. I had texted customer service to ask if the order could be expedited. It was a present for my son's birthday on the 28th and the original delivery date was 8/3. I got a response saying it would be dlvd by the 25th or something, but definitely before his birthday. Yeah! I was So excited when he was about to open it. Can you feel my shock, embarrassment, and major disappointment when he opened the box and found a bracelet and foam pieces in a mangled box with tape? I was sure that I had fallen for a scam. I wanted to contact your company (not knowing if there really was one), but I was embarrassed and waited. Lo and behold, about 10 days later, the Watch Arrived. I was truly elated and he Loves it.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
