On the arrival of my new watch I sadly found that the adjustment crown on a new watch was damaged but customer service did send me the information to return the watch and I am at this point almost 10 days into waiting for a reply or replacement this is the first watch I have purchased directly from Invicta stores.
Well you got a four on the price because at the time you had 15% off coupon next two days later you have a 20% off coupon and today you have a 30% off coupon so I end up paying 15% more for my items then I would've if I ordered them today.
It took 2 weeks for me to recieve my order. I emailed customer service but did not recieve any response I am dissatisfied with the overall service. I did not have this problem the first time I ordered from this site I was shocked at the current service I recieved
Placed order and then was notified that one of the Watches was no longer in stock. Called on phone and picked another watch and was tols both watches were IN stock and would be sent our in 2-3 business days. I paid for them and waited over a week until I finally called again (3 times) and 3 emails until some one finally gave me a tracking number. Never received a response from Invicta as to the status of the order only excuses as to why the order wasn't shipped yet. Did get delivery but as I said was never notified that the order was shipped until I finally had to call again. Sorry the watches are great but ordering and custiomer service is very lacking...
Shipping cost too high for not fast shipping. Incorrect box, Buyed a DC Comics wonder woman special edition watch and its arrive in the Marvel box, it's was dissapponting because it's provides from a dealer.
The only thing it suck is it took a long time to get to watch after I ordered it I paid extra money to have overnight shipping and it still took longer than overnight shipping I should a been reimbursed the money for the overnight shipping because it was regular shipping after that
The price couldn't be beat, however - my first of two watches arrived broken, the second arrived a week later (I had no idea it was still being shipped until I called in to ask where it was). I had to mail back the first one and I wasn't really notified it was received, repaired, or being shipped out until I had called (yet) again.
Overall, the price - and the watches seem great! I just wish my watches arrived timely, functioning, and I had a better experience as a first time watch buyer. I would however (due to the watch quality) consider Invicta again if I decide to buy a third watch.
I sent an email last week regarding this order, saying that it wasn't big enough for the person it was purchased as a gift for, and asked for a return label. The response I received was that band sizes have to be resized in the store. I responded that it had nothing to do with the band and I needed to return the watch, but I have yet to receive a response.
I would really like to see the website be up to date with products. You click or search products that aren't available to purchase...and I am not talking about out of stock...just clicking on a watch that isnt even there...also would like info on opening my own Invicta store. We have a very high end mall in high end neighborhood that I believe would go over big. I have had my own business for over 10 years and I believe the Invicta store here would do very well with the closest store being 7hrs away in Atlanta.

The out the door shipping time from Invicta was excessive, when I finally received the Watch, it was Brand New, however it was broken.
I called customer service and was supplied a FedEx return label, I promptly packaged it up and dropped it off at FedEx, however I was advised that I may not be able to receive a replacement if the watch is no longer in stock.
We will wait and see what happens.
I love the watch, beautiful seahorse watch. I will need to return it due to it being too big in respect to my wrist. So I am sad about that. I reccommend that if you have a very large wrist that this may be the watch for you. It is impressively made and the attention to detail is amazing.
I get it's the holidays and all but receiving tracking info for each watch along with and ETA once its shipped would be greatly appreciated vs recieving it one day and the next day its delivered. Doesnt make sense especially during the holidays. But I'm still shopping with you all either way. I'm on my third order and at about 1k in debt now hahaha
Items were thrown in the yellow cases, not attached to the center watch holder, the watches were already ticking, useing battery time during shipping, batterys are very costly to replace...they shipped separtly, causeing extra mail watching..
When I tried on the watch I bought I found it too big for my wrist. After quick and easy contact with Customer Service I was able to return the watch I had bought and buy a smaller version that I am very happy with. One of my best experiences with a Customer Service interaction.
It wasn't with invicta stores it was with FedEx driver drop off my packed in a wrong address so the lady who received it, called me telling me than she had my packed so I drove 3 miles to get it, we called FedEx for reports it and also sent requests to invita customer service which they never answered me back, so anyway my husband fixed it, I got my beautiful watch. Thanks.
In all honesty, literally EVERYTHING was great except how long it took for the watch to arrive. I understanding things happen though. So happy the watch has arrived, that the customer service was great, and that I am now on time!
I was Satisfied with the watch I will purchase other items from you but I brought my watch at a good price and then two days later it was even cheaper on a Yellow Tag sale. I contacted you by email but I was told it doesn't qualify for price matching. Disappointed but I kept the watch. At the Yellow Tag Sale I would have brought two of those Bolt Magnums at that price of 188 dollars.
It took awhile for the website to respond to my order. I had placed it on the 10th hoping to get it by the 20th for a birthday gift. It didn't make the party, which was somewhat disappointing. When it did arrive however it exceeded my expectations! Beautiful watch which was obviously worth far more than I paid for it and my son was beyond excited when he received it. Thankyou Invicta for the great price and the beautiful watch.
The watches are amazing! The attention to detail is beyond my expectation for the price.
I am totally pleased with the products and have collected 8 watches so far with more to come. The 52mm subaqua collection is my favorite.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
