This was my 6th Invicta purchase, it was during the Anniversary Sale and I selected the Invicta 47 Mil Pro Diver and received the 8 watch case with this purchase. It was too good to pass up. My next Invicta will be the 47 Mil Grand Diver black with blue abalone face, waiting on a good price than I'll jump on it. Great products and the only watch I will wear! Matt in Scottsdale.
Very good the only thing that is not good was that i order 4 watches and got the in 2 separat shippments the bad whit this if i order to sweden is that i get to pay custom twice if all watches came together then i only pay once
I've bought alot of your watches over the last couple of years, on this last order I placed I paid for 2nd day delivery didn't receive watch until 2 weeks later, I paid the xtra few dollars 4 nothing should have went with the standard delivery that is my only complaint love your watches.
I wish I knew I needed to buy a battery for the watch in order for it to work, I just wish I was told it didn't come with one. Additionally, I didn't know you couldn't adjust the watch band size without bringing it to a store.

First, I received an order that I cancelled. Second, the watch that I really wanted, ended up being cancelled. Third, I must not have noticed how large the body of the second watch was. The thing is huge! I feel like I have a hockey puck on my arm. Forth, the first order I received, which is the one I wanted to cancel, the bezel broke ( the ratcheting mechanism, which only allows it to rotate in one direction).
The company sent me the wrong watch. I called customer service...
1st phone call - on hold for 35 minutes. Call answered by someone who spoke very little English. Put on hold for 13 minutes. Phone disconnected.
2nd phone call - on hold for 32 minutes. Call answered by someone who spoke very little English. Put on hold for 14 minutes. Phone disconnected.
3rd phone call - on hold for 28 minutes. Call answered by a very nice gal named Jessica. She was able to look into the situation, consult with a supervisor, and called me back within 15 minutes. Jessica was able to identify the problem - that the company sent the wrong watch. She emailed me a return shipping label. Jessica is awesome!
Delivery of items were to be 2 days shipping, and i waited over 2 weeks for delivery. I understand about the Covid situation, but i could have recieved and email that paying the 2 days wasnt possible.

Never received but my card has been charged, keep calling the customer service always on hold for 1 hour will not be able (no one) can help me. They keep saying I received it. I explain that the last shipment I received was the charger. Please can somebody help me? This was supposed to be fathers day gift!
As a first time invictastores.com customer, I was very pleased. Website and ordering were a breeze. Invictastores.com offered an excellent price and wide selection of the 40mm Pro Diver series I was looking for. I ordered several Pro Divers with different dial and bracelet combinations and am impressed with the quality of the watches, as well as with the experience with Invictastores.com.
I had no problems with the quality of my watches or the speed on which they came AFTER I emailed customer service. My only issue was that I wasn't notified about any complications with my order nor originally shipping. Once I emailed Invicta they sent my order out right away.
Great Deal...customer service wasn't responsive they took my money quick gave me my order number.then never heard from them for 2 weeks about my delivery I emailed them they responded by asking for my order number never got back to me.then I got a random email from Fedx about my package.I don't want to hear Covid 19 excuses when your taking my money
I brought a Jason Taylor watch in the beginning of August. Then I brought another Jason Taylor a week later. Then I brought 2 more invicta watches on Amazon. I received the two from Amazon before I got the two (JT) watches.
I love this watches they are one of the Best because they are big watches and I love big watches and I collect them
It is important that customer service is May the valable to most online Shoppers throughout the holiday season and there's telephone numbers and people do not pick up I was left on hold for 32 minutes and that's an area to where it Invicta can improve.
I ordered 2 items. Their response time was slow and they only answered my email about 1 item. Fedex delivered the 1 box to my house and the other item I was waiting weeks for. I emailed invictastores.com a couple of times because I needed to return 1 item and the other item had not been delivered. Fedex delivered the 1 box to my house and the other item I was waiting weeks for. Only to call invicta this week and learn my other item was waiting at fedex location. I never received a call from either invicta or fedex about the location of this item. I was disappointed with invictas services and will not order online again.
Part of my order was #*******, watch and case special. It did list the case on the invoice, so I thought it must be automatically puled together. When I received the watch without the case, I called. After an hour and fifteen minutes on hold, I had to get back to work. The next day I called again, was answered after 15 minutes, and was assered the second watch and case was coming. I then received the second watch, sans case. I sent an email explaining everything and was given an inappropriate response that indicated the email was not read. I called back a third time and got Jennifer. I now have my watch case.
She was also to look into a separate issue, but I have received no updates.
Easy checkout, but I wanted to order two watches but the system only applies one discount code to all the watches in my order, so if the other one was not part of the LastCall50 it would not apply the other discount, so it means I have to do 2 separate orders...not practical, and since its too many steps I have not ordered that second watch that I would have ordered that day
Lots to choose from. Value for the money, the merchandise is real deal not knockoff. The Invcita brand is a force to be record with. Speaking for myself I have every intention of returning and making more purchases as the Invicta brand is capable of evolving outdoing itself each time with craftsmanship more interesting than what may have been put out to the world before. As long as invicta is around, I have no desire to purchase audemuer, Rolex, or breitling.

The products did i get were ok for the Price, honestly was only a test, trying to see the delivery process in this pandemia problema that we have globaly. Because my goal is buy watches that i collect, i love invicta watches. But i got my products almost 1 month later and i think is too much time. Maybe later when all this about the covid pass, i can buy my watches.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
