Very organized and well designed website. It is exciting to hop on and see what kind of sales/promotions are being offered. Delivery was a bit slow on a couple of the watches I ordered but I think that is more on FedEx and the COVID-19.

My ordering service was great and I was very happy with my items, however the Fed Ex driver did not deliver my package to me BUT to another address and it took me 2days to get it. Thank goodness an honest neighbor called me ( since my phone number was on the box) to advise she had my package.

Love it invicta has a great selection on the Mickey Mouse products. Price are very reason way below price, plus I love the payment plans they have also great people & a great business wouldnt have my Mickey collection if it was for invicta & their great prices. Keep up the good job A+A+A+A+A+

Any other time I've ordered from invicta I've received the product 3 to 4 days later this time it was a day from 14 days I emailed support no response I called a few times and finally got a person that told me when my item was being shipped it arrived the next day

Different item was shipped to me, I ordered Technomarinewhite strap chrono watch, black strap no chrono came. I checked the back of the watch and it has the item number that I ordered. It means the website's item number and photo do not match. I called customer service and was given a return label. Returned item was received today. Hopefully I get the refund asap.
No compensation given for the trouble.

The only issue was that I attempted to order six of the same type of watch for my groomsmen and I got delivered three and the other three, I was told was out of stock. Now sadly my groomsmen don't match. So that wasn't good

For a 1295 dollar msrp watch you would expect the top of the bezel and the top of the dial face to line up and mine does not. The face is crooked and there are fingerprints on the gold inside and under the glass.

I am wearing the watch now. I checked the time accuracy for a day, then sized the bracelet and put it on. Time is very accurate on this watch. My first Sellita SW500. I need day of week and date on a watch.

Made my purchase on 4/07/19 and it was not processed until the 17th. And delivered on April 18th and 19th. I will be making my future Invicta purchase at the (Physical) Invicta Stores at the mall instead.

I have good luck ordering from invicta storres but my last order was delivered to the wrong address by fedx after some calls to find out where it was delivered i findly found the package it was kind of a hassle

Very easy and simplistic. I ordered a Jason Taylor Subaqua Noma VI and it didn't come with a certificate of authenticity. I notified customer service and was informed that they haven't had any certificates of authenticity for several months and that they weren't sure when they would be in.

This is my 3rd purchase, I keep coming back. Excellent selection, great pricing and excellent service. I own 3 excellent Invita watch's and adding 2 more, excellent quality and I always get compliments on my watch's

I received my order in good time but just did not like the watch. I e-mailed coustomer service and the got back to verry quick. I have returned my purchase with the mail lable and rma the provider. Looking forward to getting my refund so i can order again. Do you have a catalog or is it only on line? I live in kansas city area,do you have a store close? I wish i could look and touch at a watch to make my decision.

The actual size is around a 51mm. It is "NOT" 58mm dial. It is disappointing they advertise a 58 mm and it is actually a 51mm size. I purchased it because I thought it would be a big watch like my Invicta reserve 58mm. I placed side by side and the product is smaller. Im disappointed, because I am an avid Invicta Collector. Lately it seems Invicta is just producing watches just to produce and the Invicta style is being lost.

It definitely took longer to receive this shipment compared with previous orders however I also understand the delays due to COVID-19. I had purchased this as a birthday gift and it arrived well after the birthday.

I had never bought a watch online much less Expesive. But went I visited Invictastores.com I saw the watches, the quality, the price and how easy it was to just use the website. I loved the watches and the price so I decided to give it a try and buy one. Now that I got it, I love love the watch. And I will definitely buy with them again.
