I am a return shopper however this is the 2nd watch in a row that was not properly manufactured. The 12 o'clock position on the bezel was off center, the warranty info online said 5 yrs but the card in the box said 3yrs & the face of the one online I bought said swiss made at the 6 o'clock and the new watch does not.
The only problem I really had was the delivery, ordered May 9th and recieved it on May 31. Which I would have been fine with, had I known there was a problem with delivery times. I sent two emails requesting information and the first one was never replied to, so the second one was a bit snippy because I feel like non acknowledgement is not very professional. Received a response to that one and finally received tracking information.
This order as well as other orders I have received I have received damaged. The Iforce watch was fine but the Reserve Pro diver was not wrapped and had a few if the bracelet links were scratched. I purchased this watch as a gift. Luckily I was able to take apart the bracelet when I sized and weed out the scratched links. I really love Invicta watches but I am not very confident about buying from invictastores.com

I ordered and received a watch band for my Lupah watch and when I received it, it does not fit the watch. I sent the watchband back for a refund or store credit and have not heard anything since. Poor Customer Service.
I never expect that the watch that I received has a damage and to it looks like a return item not a brand new because I bought all my my Invicta watches at Shop HQ and they all came with plastic covered all over the watch but the one coming from the official store which i have high expectations doesn't, so i return the item then rather waiting for the refund I ordered another one i was not expecting that i will receive an item which to me again a return item and has a defect on the strap. I was so disappointed on the quality of the item that i just convene my that I'll just keep the watch. To this I don't think I can recommend this to my family and friends.

I paid for 2 Day delivery ($29), and received the package 2 weeks later - Unacceptable!
The product was great and all as expected. But I felt I got robbed ($29) on 2 Day Delivery service, since it took Two weeks - Same as Ground Shipping delivery!
Tried to reach you for I ordered the wrong watch I ordered a women should have been a man's watch, Tried calling your company but cannot reach anyone to tell me how to send the woman's watch back and switch it out to a man's watch.

Understanding the current situation that we are in and can understand the dely in shipping but it's more then frustrating to continisly receive promotional emails but not a email about the status of my order regardless of the price and how much I spent and still haven't received my third item

Very upset they weren't available at the price or even have stock at the Invicta store at university mall in Sarasota Florida. Drove an hour to get there and no cases and would give price that was on website. So misleading. Same with a watch I was going to buy they had and said couldn't Herve me at cost on website. Very disappointed because I like to try things on to see how I like Before I purchase.
I alway prefer Swiss made watches. This is a very nice watch, not to big and a nice addition to my collect. This is my 29th Invicta in my collection
The process to fix my watch took too long. The website 'IWrepair'. Was difficult to maneuver, making it difficult to communicate with people fixing my watch. Even with e-mails, it was difficult to communicate with them.
I paid for 2 day delivery and recieved my order after christmas. I purchased my order on Sunday with 2 day deliverry which means i should have received it on Christmas Eve.
I received it on Friday after Christmas
The order was damaged the nob on the box was broken off, ihad to gorilla glue it back. I just couldn't be bothered to call about it, the product took forever to get here. I just couldn't be bothered to call and complain, don't have the energy to.
Loved the watches, but didn't like the fann that it was advertised as a diamond watch, but they aren't diamonds, they're crystals... when ordering it gives a discription, description, or when I went ti customer service it showed crystals.I love invicta watches, but I look at that as FALSE advertisement
My wife enjoyed her watch that I got her but the only Thing that I have to say is that when you order on line it takes a while for the product to get To the actual departure point other it arrive at my house with no issues, thank you very much.
At this moment I am fascinated by the quality and products services that Invicta stores has to offer to their customers on a Consistent basis,however for future reference I feel that there can be better adjustments to the shipping cost and shipping time frame,for a better experience.
I wasn't happy about not being able to have my watch sent to my p.o. B.x. I have purchased over 30 Invictas from Evine all sent to my pobx no problem also when I spoke to the customer service rep I didn't like the way she kind of blew me off but I like the watch just fine

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
