You should include a comment section so we can request reduction or addition of watch links. I have received the watches but cannot wear them because the watch bands are too long for my wrist.

My husband is in love with his new watch. It arrived on time and is stunning. We are looking to get another soon. Everything fit. No issues or complaints here.

I purchased a new watch because the band on my old one broke and after several attempts over a 2 yr period to have it repaired by Invicta, sadly I just gave up trying.

Over one hour on phone to be hung up on
One month for delivery
Watch band came broken

Why bother with this survey if u have no intention of servicing customers

You have a vast collection of fine timepieces for reasonable prices. When ever I place an order, the items are always in stock. I am very pleased with my Invicta experience.

Invicta was fine, fed ex loaded my watch on the truck and rode around my town for 4 days before attempting to deliver it. I know it's not your fault but very frustrating.

I think promo codes can be a little confusing/deceiving for people who are shopping. You may want to look into that part of the online shopping experience. My only negative thought.

Absolutely my favorite brand. As a tall guy with big hands, I appreciate Invicta's large case diameters coupled with their bold designs. Always magnificent!

Excellent selection and pricing. Website is easy to use and navigate. If you sign up for email notifications they send some nice discount codes. I will definitely buy from here again.

Nice product.for price,appearance. First time buying invicta products. Not sure about endurance. I have not had it long enough to comment on this.check back in 4 years

Great service sometimes. Some of my orders could not filled. Because they didn't have in stock when it come time to ship.although I was charge for it.

It was ok. Could use more pictures of the watches in the online catalog so you know EXACTLY what you're buying. Not just a watch face picture. Order processing time could be faster

Always smooth... Unfortunately I repeatedly order an item that becomes unavailable a few days into placing it. Other than that... All good. Thank you.

The shipping guidelines was not accurate however, the website did give a estimated time line for shipping due to COVID-19 but, the time chart was completely off. When I try to call the customer service line the call wait was extremely too long (45 minute wait time and the agent was not friendly or helpful at all) I love Invicta watches however, I will not order online again. I would rather wait until the store opens again.
