You sent an email that order was received but I could not check status. It took almost two weeks before I had the watch which is a very long time for order process.

Did not like calling customer service 3 days in a row to sit on hold for over 2 hours each time I called and finally just give up. Never did speak with anyone.

The ease of shopping online and the shipping is an overall satisfying experience. Not only that but making sure there were no issues with receiving it this is beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Waited over an hour just to talk with a customer service provider. I'm still waiting on other product that I ordered not sure when it may arrive wish you had a better tracking system

This watch is beautiful! Coolest bracelet on the market and I would buy others in different colors if they were available. It's classy and edgy with top notch parts at an unbeatable value.

Sellita SW500 movement. I am perfectly satisfied with this purchase.

It is too long just waiting for shipping confirmation.
And I'm not able to track my order.
So I never know when is the item will arrive.
I hope this issue can be fix.
I am a big fan of Invicta.

It was good, just wish they would announce their sales in advance so I don't pay more a day before it gets an even bigger discount. Has happened with the last 3 things I have bought from here.

Easy to use site but I wish it would show you a final summary page with item, price, shipping address etc before hitting the button to purchase and finalize your order.

These watches look different in real life than what's advertised on internet, the hands are same color as face so it's very hard to see the actual time, will be returning

So far So good Quick and easy...Great product a little expensive.Invicta needs to detail stainless steel either matte or shiny.,other than those things okay experience.

Contacted invicta store via email and watch was sent out following week with an update for my other watch - received credit.

It's a very nice looking timepiece and I just love how my wife's face lights up when she gets another Invicta watch. We are Invicta customers for life!

Good experience. However, on the black Friday/holiday deals it would have been more efficient to allow for filters. Instead, I went page by page (all 10 of them at 96 watches per page).

Shipping time is horrible. However, I did receive my watch 1 day earlier than expected.
Otherwise, I would probably consider buying from Invicta again.
