Disappointed that an item that was labeled 'In Stock' took much longer than i expected. Customer service mentioned parts from a supplier were not available- disappointing

I was confused for a moment that two identical watches were shipped out from different locations, but CS explained and resolved the issue promptly. Keep up a great work!

FedEx was a disaster, waited in hold with Invicta customer support for over 40 min and never reached anyone, product was great once it showed up, took two weeks to get my order

Overall happy with my experience. I personally prefer my order shipped in one box. But realize, especially during the holiday, that can be impossible.

This was purchased as a gift for my father who loves Invicta watches. I am confident he will love his newest addition! We were able to purchase it through a sale so the price was really reasonable

Always great experience. Price's are better online than actual stores, but the stores allow for customers to actually see and wear what quality time piece they may own...

Invicta stores sells great products. The watches are awesome. They're my new favorite toys; however, the company needs improvement in it's customer service department.

Cannot go wrong with Invicta. They have the models you just cannot find elsewhere at prices that are very affordable. Wearing these watches gets compliments from people every time.

So far, so good.Package arrived by Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised. It needs to be sized down a little bit. Maybe, two links. Otherwise, everything is fine.

I love shopping with invicta. Prices are always decent and although we don't like the shipping process during this pandemic we appreciate everyone's hard work.

Great to see these Venom models with metal bands, but still think the original concept design for the snake heads were better than what ended up in final production

It would be good customer relations, if you emailed customers about back orders or out of stock orders. Not saying the order was partially filled and shipped is bad business practice.

Quick and easy! Product arrived with some damage, a new item could not be sent because it was out of stock. Invicta customer service was great in handling the situation.

Many watches to choose from at great prices. I plan on getting many more so I can have a different watch for any occasion no matter how causal or formal it may be.

My only complaint is the length of time it took to receive my watch. I understand that some companies are down employees, but two weeks passed without any word about shipping.

I think that even if your order includes more than one item they all should be processed and shipped out at the same time regardless of whether they may be coming from different locations.

Watches look great. Delivery was longer than expected however Invicta explained that was due to things out of there control. Items arrived shortly thereafter. No problems.
