Shipping time was longer then normal. I understand the current situation had alot to do with that. What I am upset with is the watch I ordered was slightly different then the watch I received. I was looking for the black dial and it came with a silver dial. Also the box looked liked it spent some time in the sun. The yellow material was faded and somewhat dirty. It may have bin returned by another customer and may explain the time it took to get to me.
I was not happy receiving a watch that was suppose to be a "Swiss Quartz" movement watch and then receiving one with a Japanese movement. However customer service (the second time I called) was helpful and I was satisfied with the resolution.
I will probably be returning this watch, as I'm not sure that I like it as much as I thought that I would. I have contacted Invictastores.com customer service, and they were prompt in providing me with a return label.

We could not reach anyone on the phone. The automated system would tell us we were the 7th caller or whatever and it would be approximately 20 min and then when the 20 min was up it would ask us to leave a voicemail and I left 3 different messages and no one ever returned my call
Overall I will buy more products from your site. However, I never received a shipping confirmation so I could expect the package, and I never received an email saying that it was delivered. I was out of town at the time when I emailed customer service, it was only then that I was informed that it was delivered, I had no idea. It was nearly stolen from my porch I called my neighbor, he said he took it and kept it for me until I returned. This made me very upset, I was considering not purchasing anything else from you because of this. A shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation would have prevented this. So because of this I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied. But I love the watch
I recieved the two invicta reserve provdivers. One of the watches had a cracked crystal. Invicta wanted a fee and two to four months to fix. I sloe this $28 with my watch person and had a new crystal installed in three days. Done! Probably won t buy for awhile until I get past the defective watch.

I ordered 2 of the same items & only received one of them. No one bother to inform me that I wasn't going to receive the second item until I call about it. I was then informed that I would not be receiving it because it was out of stock & my account would be credited. I do hope this will happen, haven't got my bill yet to see if this has been done. When I placed the order it was indicated that the items were available! I was very disappointed when I only received one item & had to call to see what had happen to my other item!
2 day delivery is not 2 days after you order, but 2 days after Invicta fulfills the order. It's indicated during the ordering process, but not indicated very well.
I ordered on a Wednesday but didn't receive until the following week- I was expecting by the following Friday. I think the delay in ordering and actual shipping should be made more clearly, or in a way that would attract more attention in the ordering screen.
Outside of the shipping misunderstanding, I am pleased with my experience.
The watch malfunctioned immediately upon taking it out of the box. I really like the watch, but I am extremely disappointed that it did not work correctly. I have sent it back and I am waiting for a replacement. I have not received the exchange yet, but I hope it works out well. This will determine if I an a customer in the future.
The watch I bought was a birthday present for my husband. I have not given him his gift yet, but the watch seems of very good quality. The shipping was fast and the ease of website for shopping was excellent.
The only thing I would change about the watch is the bezel does not move, but I knew that when I bought the watch. My husband dives and he uses the bezel to watch his time when underwater. I wanted a specific watch for him, and it happened to have a stationary bezel.
Great quality watches. This will by my 11th Invicta watch. Great combination of colors and styles. I did not receive a tracking number until 15 days after I placed my order. I opened a help desk ticket, I received my tracking number, and then customer service responded to my help desk saying I had a tracking number.
I was disappointed due to 15 minutes latter I accidently found & bought one (the exact same watch) for about $25 less & I even received it faster ~ I Still love this great company just *well disappointed*.

The Invite watches that I have purchased are Beautifully Stylish, Impressive and affordable prices. I am always getting pleasing comments on the watches I wear from Invicta. I have been buying, collecting and giving the Invite watches as gifts for about 9 years.
The timepiece that I received had several scratches on the bezel of the watch. I contacted customer service and they basically said they can't send me a new one but they can give me a refund. I didn't want a refund as I been waiting several months to purchase this particular timepiece. I was told there were no more in stock and they wouldn't be getting any. Two days later I checked the website and they had more of the same watch in stock. As an avid collector and huge fan of Invicta with over 50 timepieces I am completely disappointed and unsatisfied with my product and my experience.
Well when I received the watch took watch out of the case and noticed that the bottom dial was not straight and did not move or pull out. So I had to call get the watch replaced one thing that I do not like is that you can not make a exchange but have to ship watch back and get a full refund before you can get another. Another is that you have to ship the one back before they even give you a the exchange so you could possibly be with out a watch for almost 2 to 3 weeks before you get your replace or another one. My suggestion would be to eeplace or exchange they watch shop it out to the customer so that way they can enjoy the watch and if the don't send back out the old watch after 2 weeks after you ship out there or replacement watch than charge them for both watches.
I fist fell in love with invicta in 2011 when I went on The Oasis for a family cruise. I couldn't stop looking at them I finally found the on I wanted and she disappeared. When I finally found one I wanted and for the right price I had to jump. The service was great my watch was here in no time. I'm definitely ordering again.
I was very dissatisfied with the way my watch arrived it looked like the person who packed the watch just threw it in the box. Also the chronograph function of the watch was activated so I'm wondering how long the battery will last. However I really like the watch.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
