I placed the order on a Monday hoping to get the watch by Friday. I paid for two day shipping. By Wed. It still hadn't shipped, so I emailed customer service to request my order be cancelled. I was emailed on Saturday to tell be my order was about to ship. I emailed again to request the order be cancelled. The order was not cancelled so I pad $30 for 2 day shipping for no reason, and have a watch I now don't want.
The non satisfaction comes from the item being a part of a previous order that came in pieces of the order over a long period of time. Eventually the football was taken off of that order for lack of inventory, but within a day or two it was back on the site and I ordered it again (this order). It still took a little longer than desired, but consideration for logistics impacted by COVID 19.
I recieved my order over 2 weeks after placing it. A watch I ordered after this one was received within a week. I contacted customer service and the watch was shipped within a week but still arrived too late.
I am glad I had the second one to gift.
In my opinion I think my shopping experience with invicta came out pretty well because I got the same watch that was displayed in the picture for a decent price and I couldn't really complain about the quality. But I think invicta should put batteries in the watch before shipping it out but overall it was a great shipping experience.
Had a few problems with FedEx saying they delivered my package on Monday i didn't receive it called and spoke to a supervisor who had to track the package down they called me back said it would be delivered on Tuesday which it was. Because the tracking information stated it would be delivered on Tuesday
I have purchased over 50 Invicta watches over he past several years. I usually buy them through Evine or Amazon. I have purchased from Invicta. The last time I bought from you was from the Sunday Run. It was a Bolt Zues. It was a more expensive watch as I recall.
When I received it the minute hand was loose so I sent it for repairs. They sent it back to me and it had not been fixed. That would have been bad enough but to add insult to injury, I was charged $65 each time for Shipping and handling. No charge for the warranty work though. I swore at that time I would never buy another watch from you. Since then I have purchased about 10 other watches from another company. All in about the $500 to $600 range. Now I bought this one so I hope it goes well.
P.S. I read the guidelines but this is the first opportunity to let them know how I felt. Use it or not, at your discretion. The fact that I own so many Invicta watches is a testament to how I felt at one time.
I wish the processing time could be shorter than that. It took longer time to wait for the package to be shipped out. And it's hard to contact customer's service since the working hours is very limited from Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm.
I was very undecided on what to get my brother for his birthday, and then I remembered that he loves nice watches. So my cousin introduced me to the online website and showed me the great prices and that's when I knew forsure what to get my brother
Everything was great besides the fact that I could not check out with my Invicta card. Because of that, I lost 5 watches that I had on my cart. I called and the representative could not help me either. Those Capcha letters are hard to read, that was another issue. One could help me, and because of that, I lost my watches along with the special coupons. Very disappointed.

Shipping & delivery were handled fairly quickly. My 1st order was placed on a Friday afternoon and the 2nd order was placed the following Saturday morning. Fedex attempted to deliver both orders the following Friday morning, however I was at work and the Fedex delivery required a signature. I was unable to instruct Fedex to leave the package anyways without me being there to provide the signature. Fortunately, the following day was Saturday and a non-work day where I would be home to provide signature for the delivery. My only negative comment is that there should be an option to avoid having to provide a signature for the Fedex delivery. It makes it much more difficult to receive the Invicta order(s).
I ordered the wrong model number and CS was very helpful canceling and ordering me the correct item. This is the 3rd time using invictiastores and will not be my last. Just love there watches, I get so many compliments
I love the prices and selection of watches that you have what a great deal I got on a watch case and flashlight. I will be back for more because the sunglasses are on sale to. Thank you for a great product I love my Invictas.
I paid for 2day shipping and didn't know fedex didn't ship on Saturdays so I wasted 30 dollars for it to arrive late. The customer service agent made it right. I sent the product back and reordered it, saved me 30 dollars.
The package weirdly got shipped to a Walgreens because they said they couldn't take it to my apartment because 'no one was there to sign' but I was there the whole time for three straight days. It was a slight inconvenience but not a big deal
This was my first purchase. I was shocked to find that there is no way to register my purchases, than to find that no receipts are available whatsoever, not a gift receipt or even a packing slip. My email is supposed to be my proofof purchase. Are you kidding me? I am truly speechless I really don't know what to say. How am I going to give these as gifts, with a printed email? Really? Your website should read "WARNING NOT SUITABLE FOR GIFTING!

Disappointing quality. Again watch strap needed to be attached with a new pin. And clasp needed to be tightened. Getting bad invicta! I have 97 Invicta watches and there is a continual problem with the cosmetics of the watches I am recieving!
1. The price of the watches were excellent.
2. Poor customer service. On hold for 30mins, I finally gave up and hang up the phone. Emailing, no reply.
3. Slow deliver. The order was placed on Nov 30 '19. The first packet was delivered after 2 weeks on Dec 13 '19. The second packet was delivered on Dec 18 '19.
I like the selection of watches. I normally by in store. But hopefully I will like this one. Want to know will it come with the Invicta box? I also would love for this company to put together bundles again with 2 watches and the 8 count holder case, braclets and 2 other accessories. I went to order and it was gone. I was going to order for a gift.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
