Invicta Stores

I originally ordered my Model ******* on June 25,2020, order #******* for $100.00. On June 30 I emailed Invicta to request an upgrade to Model ******* at $158.00. On July 3 I received an email from Invicta saying I could not modify an order once placed or I could cancel my original order. That same day I sent an email to Invicta caceling my original order. I never heard back acknowledging my cancellation. I did not receive my original order watch until 2 weeks later. As a customer it makes no sense for a company to turn down a $158.00 for a $100.00 order when the product has not shipped.

The watch I bought was a gift. The watch, after I finally got it, is beautiful! However, service from Invicta (not ShopHq) is horrendous! When the watch didn't ship after two weeks, I called customer service, after waiting for 1/2 hour, the agent told me to give it a few more days, or cancel my order! Then, abruptly hung up. After a week, and still no watch, I sent a live message to Ryan Johnson from Invicta on ShopHq explaining my situation. The next day the watch shipped and two days later I received the watch. This is my husband's 9th watch. He loves them and I will continue to buy for him...through ShopHq. Thank you Invicta Ryan

Over the years, I have been very satisfied with the watches that I have purchased. However, this order (My most expensive one to date) did not meet the standards that I have become use to from Invicta. 1st the delivery took to long. This was a Fedex problem. 2nd After finally getting it, I was very disappointed that I was sent a used product. I thought I was purchasing a new watch. It was very evident that this was not new. And to add salt to the wound, this watch is not available any more. I will be sending it back.

Love your watches, and today I got 40% off. Fantastic!
The only hiccup I had with Invictastores.com, is that I requested to return one of the watches that I had purchased, and made three phone calls and it took three emails(the third email threatening to contact PayPal) before ANYONE from Invicta responded to my request. To this point, I've purchased 4 watches from Invicta, and the customer service experience this time around had me questioning whether there would ever be another purchase of an Invicta watch in the future.

Have purchased many Invicta timepieces through Shopping Network Shop HQ. Have been a student of Horology for 11 years. This is my first purchase from Invicta Stores.
The On-line experience was fine. The price was good. The delivery time to me was more than satisfactory.
What I did not like: Since I have been collecting watches for 11 years, it is not a stretch to say I have amassed a rather large collection. Somewhere between 125-150, about 75% of them Invicta. I truly love your product. In this case, the S1 rally that I bought was similar to one of my Pro Divers.
I took a ride to one of your retail stores in New Jersey where I live to return it for credit. The Associate I met was courteous and a pleasure to speak to. That wasn't the problem.
The problem I had was when I was informed that the company does not handle returns at store level, that you have to send it back to the company directly, you lost me as a customer, period.

You guys need to send an email confirming the order has been shipped with shipping info,So the customer can track the package due to thefts from unexpected packages being left out in the porch, for porch Bandidos to steal em,not check to see if maybe I got the package a week after I got the package, if it would have been stolen,I wouldn't have known both my watches were stolen,cause I never got an email for delivery. Thankfully a neighbor held it for me, until I got home. To whom it may concern stop being

You play too much with the prices and you play too much with the peoples mines with that, that is not right, I know you are trying to make a sale but if people like the product they are going to buy, but if they don't they will not. I am very disappointed because you have to be careful one price is now and other its later...
You should specify clearly vwhere the Watches were made and what kind of the movement do the have...
I get an email from you I see the picture of the watch in the emails that I like I click on and then I cannot find a watch on your website, That is disappointing too
