The watches are really nice quality and the price was too good to be true but it's true! I bought two watches for the price of one. And both are worth $500. They were gifts and my hunny loves them both!

Item is good, however I called about the promo on my product and it was not applied. I was given and incorrect excuse about why. I went back to reorder the same item and the same promo was good. However I was told I couldn't change my order and get discount, but store credit. Can't use store credit there is no Invicta near my location.
Had to return it, because it was not working. I thought that it was the battery, so I took it to an Onvicta Store at the Mall and they told me it was mechanical. Sent it back about three days ago or so. The watch is beautiful, and since there are none available, we decided to keep it and have it sent for repairs. But if there is another available I'll take rhat offer.

The time for processing my order was 2 weeks, and then you ship the item with DHL supposedly 2nd day express and I receive my package 6 days later. Bad processing time and bad shipping. I understand the covid-19 situation but I been ordering by mail a bunch of things since the pandemic and you people has been the worst so far!
There is no real service. It took the computer 3 days to get back to me. In fact I canceled order the same night I bought it and I was written 3 days later saying to late order was shipped while in fact it took over 3 weeks to get the item.
I paid for 2 day shipping and recoeved my order a week later. I had to pick it up at my local Walgreens per Fedex would not leave on my door. The product itself is absolutely wonderful, but I received the prodect well after when I needed to have it. Would buy again for the great deal and product, but would skip paying extra for shipping.
On the 4th business day after placing order, I emailed cust srvce, got email back eplaining that ship takes place 4-5 bus days after order placed. On the 6th bus day, I emailed cust srvce again. I received no response from cust srvce but did receive shipping confirmation for that same day. Not a big deal to me. The great value I get in my purchases from Invicta Stores is unparalleled and I remain a very happy customer.
No more Invicta STORE purchases for me! Delivery from the Hollywood FL. Store, Left and the carrier had sent the package to Georgia which had to be returned to the Tampa Bay Area, FL. Then delivered approx. 35 miles further south to Bradenton, FL! I'll Stay with TV shopping. It seems more dependable and their contact number can pin point your order and it's point of delivery!
The watch came right before my birthday. It's a great watch for the price with discount. Irritates top of my wrist just a little other than it's a nice looking piece. I've worn it with a sport coat and just a regular tshirt.
While making purchase it state no shipping charge, then was charged 12 for shipping, which I think is too high, this is the second watch I have ordered, I thought you get some kind of discount for 1st order which I never got and your customer service hours are not very good.

I've over 70 Invicta watchs and only had problem with 1 watch and rubber band Snap in half on that, but other then that all of the watch are on good condition. Invicta company make some of the better watch on the world.
The last order is good, but my previous order was a big disappointment. I returned the watch because the bezel was not attached. It was returned to me with another color bezel. I have not worn that watch at all! Very dissatisfied "
On my watch that i received 2 weeks ago, i had to retun it, since that the arrow that indicates the name of the week, stop working, so i contact Invicta and they told me to return the watch. As my understand the watch arrived yesterday to your site.
I like the price break, it says enter code"site40" and you receive 40% discount across the site. It was not applied to my order. I didn't receive the price break, however, my son loves his watch and it arrived in a timely fashion.
The product was not wrapped well and was damaged when received. I am pretty sure the watch was sent already damaged, despite the very poor and insufficient packing. I did not purchase this item as an "as is" item. I have purchased several watches from InvictaStores.com and this item stands out as the worst packed item I have received - which is ironic because the watch itself when undamaged is such a nice watch. I did contact InvictaStores.com Help Desk and was offered a refund, and informed of the warranty repair process. The reason for "one star" rating is because of the damaged condition I received the watch - which was supposed to be new and undamaged, AND the absolutely terrible packing of the watch. There certainly was a failure of sorts on any quality assurance checks related to checking the condition of the watch prior to shipment and during the packing and shipment process. Extremely disappointed.
Most of the time there are too many watches to choose from. It takes too much time to go through all of them so I try to sort them but there needs to be a better way for the customer to have the types of watches they have been buying and then have a presorted list as opposed to 20+ pages of watches to sort through. Everything else is great.
I ordered the wrong size watch. I wanted a 40mm and accidently ordered a larger size. I received the watch and called customer service. I waited 1.5 hours on hold and finally gave up. I went on line and requested a return request form which I received.
I re-bought the watch I wanted in the 40mm size but have yet to hear back from Invicta as to whether or not they are giving me a credit on the watch I returned, of course after they take 20% of my money for a restocking fee for a simple mistake. I want to be reimbursed rather than a credit as well. We'll se what happens. I have bought at least 5 watches from Invicta.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
