I bought my new first watch from the Invicta store for a great price receive my order a week after purchasing my watch, the watch looks great that I had to go back online and order my second watch, again good price receive Watch a week after ordering. Again great looking watch, but the only issue I have is the shipping is very pricey at $12 to ship to the North east coast..
Not all items shipped together. It took weeks for the remaining items to arrive.
Sizing on silicone watchband placed the buckle under the wrist where it rested on the desk for typing etc. making it extremely uncomfortable (watch is worn on right wrist). Had to return watch for this reason
The same watch that I bought was priced $30.00 cheaper before I received my watch. I started to send mine back, instead I have just put it up. I am not sure if I will ever wear it. I feel like I was cheated out of $30.00. I know it will be a long time if ever that I will order from Invicta. Tom Newlen
I tried numerous times to put items in my cart that showed in stock, however, it wouldn't put them in my cart. Also, S/H charges seem high.
I was going to order another item, the price was good, however, when adding the S/H charges, the purchase did not make sense anymore.
Ordered watch for my husband opened it Christmas Day it did not work send a message to the company on December 26th and I still have not heard anything and today is the 28th of December.
I ordered from the webpage, but inexplicably when I got my e-mailed invoice it had the wrong stock number and description on it. I called customer service, and within minutes the rep had cancelled the wrong order and resubmitted for the one I had originally wanted. This was on a Saturday, and by the following Wednesday my watch arrived in that day's mail. Very satisfied with both the service and the watch by Invicta.
You cancelled my order from your one of your weekend 'Yellow Tag Sales'! I guess the price was 'too good to be true' and in classic 'bait and switch ' marketing Invicta Stores cancelled my order claiming shipment from the factory was lower than expected and on another call they told me that a significant portion of the factory shipment was below Invicta quality standards on arrival. So which is the truth? I ask Customer Service to offer me a substitute product of equal or greater value and they refused canceling my order and refunding my purchase. Very unhappy about this and I want to be contacted by Invicta about offering me a suitable substitute model before I proceed to make a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of the State Of NJ! I placed an order for a watch that I have been looking for daily use. I found it on invicta.com. It was a great experience. They have a wide variety for everyone. Everything you could want in a timepiece. I barely had to wait. It was a quick delivery and I recieved my order in a few days. I have my watch now and it works great. It definately wont be the last purchase I make. I will again sometime in the near future.
For a week I was trying to get an order shipped and I couldn't complete it.I called them for help and they were left to call after three days and one of the watches was out of order. In the end I had to send the order to my son's house and pay to have it shipped to Puerto Rico
I need for your company to consider supplying a packing slip with your shipments. There also needs to be a focus on your customer service team being able to speak and understand English.
I'm not trying to be mean but the young lady I spoke to was very sweet but she had a very difficult time understanding me and I had a difficult time understanding her. Invicta watch company has become my favorite place to purchase watches, there is an international standard known as UPC, and you folks have stopped supplying UPC numbers with the watches either on the tag or the box or in the case mentioned above a packing slip. The UPC is very valuable as it assures we're not buying counterfeit goods.

It would have been ideal if there had been a warning on the site while placing my order ornom the shipping guidelines page that they were back ordered and it would be shipped much later than projected. I reached out multiple times and didn't get a solid answer of when it would be shipped, only that there was backorder and it would be shipped "soon" so they did not answer my questions.
First of I couldn't get the discount for being a first time customer because the watches were on sale.My daughter purchased a watch on sale on line and received the first time discount. I received my first watch in two weeks of purchased. Did not receive any notification when the second watch would arrive.This watch came two weeks later.We like your watches but the experience directly with your company leaves me with questions why I should buy directly from your site and deal with your company. If you can convince me to keep buying from your company directly. I am open to you proving to me that I could receive the customer service that would meet my expectations.

I've been contact invicta for a MONTH... I did not received one of my watches... I've been sending emails for a month and customer service keeps avoiding me. I had to buy another set of watches and invicta keeps taking FOREVER to process my order so I spend double... I'm very disappointed
This is Fabulous Company! I've searched for years from New England to North Carolina for a watch like this one. I could Not find one. Its for a Very Special Occasion for my Precious Husband. One day, I ran into a Law Enforcement Officer and he had on a Beautiful watch. So I asked where he'd gotten it, and he told me to look online for www.Invictastores.com I had no problems finding to the site. I saw pages and pages of Beautiful Watches, and there it was! The Exact Luscious Watch I've been searching for him for years now. I never thought I'd find a time piece this Wonderful, for Way-Less than I thought I had to pay. So, Thank You Invicta! Its a gift coming up for November, and I can't wait to give it to him.
I never received a shipment tracking number for my complete order. I received one for my first delivery but not the second. I don't understand why I did not get separated tracking numbers if they weren't shipped together. Definitely a negative but not a complete deciding factor if I am to order again
A few days shy of a month of waiting for my order. Got orders I placed after other orders and received those orders before the first one placed. Contacted customer service of where my order was and received a message that seemed would be sent out to everyone of unusual wait times because of COVID. Seemed disorganized.
I have a smaller wrist (6.5") and this yours is one of the very few dive watches suitable for smaller wrists. I hate the trend of huge watches where 40mm is considered "small." Please continue to make watches in the 36-38mm size and I guarantee you'll tap a lot of potential customers like myself. I would love to see a dive watch in this same size, with an automatic movement, for example.
I love my new watch. This is the 3rd watch I have purchased from you guys. I really wanted to get a more expensive watch but I don't have $700 right now and I don't know if I can get credit from your store. I guess I'll just have to save up. But I will most definitely get another time piece from you guys.
I am very pleased with my order. I know delivery time would have been a lot quicker if the COVID-19 pandemic was not affecting life, however, i am pleased how quickly i received it. I am very pleased with my purchase and I am impressed with the quality. I will be making more purchases from Invicta in the future.

It looked different than than i thought it would be - can you please show rear pictures of the watch bands, buckle and or clasps & case backs in your cataloged watch images FOR future customer purchases, in the near future thank you... and i would by from you guys again...thank you Craig Amoresano

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
