They shipped out my delivery internationally, arrived within the week which was impressive. They did how ever forget two small items for my order from LnT. I filled out the customer service portion of their site and by half way through the day, I guy by the name of Sean M. Called me and I quickly explained what happened. He said he'd look in to it and by the end of the day he himself called back and apologized for the error and told me it was being dealt with. By the next day I had the two missing items in hand. Great customer service, quick delivery, and they quickly resolved my issue. Thank you Sean M. For the top notch customer service.

Avoid this business

Please avoid this business. Yes on the surface it looks great; a way to purchase on-line with those retailers who don't trade direct, especially internationally. But save yourself the hassle, annoyance and frustration. I ordered a couple of simple items. Four weeks later I hadn't heard anything. I had to chase them, and chase them and chase them. Their only answer was to pass the buck and ask that I remain patient! And no refund. I eventually contacted three federal USA agencies to register a complaint. Lo and behold immediately I informed them of this, the order was cancelled and a full refund (supposedly) will be issued! Don't get sucked in by the apparent ease of this transaction, its a nightmare and their customer service (apart from the standard scripted response and BS) is non-existent. Don't say you weren't warned! One star only because I cant rate them ZERO!

I was quoted a price for the shipping of my purchase to Australia. The money was paid via PayPal and then I received a request for additional money for shipping or my goods would not be delivered. The shipping cost was exorbitant to start with and then I was basically held to ransom for the goods and, after having paid the extra I am advised that it will take up to 20 days for delivery.

Do not purchase goods from companies using International Checkout!

They are not very clear with their messaging around delivery time and the RUDEST with regards to customer service. I said that I would´ve never bought it had I known it would take 20 business days to arrive to me. When you call they blame you. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this service and i order internationally to the UAE constantly.

The order arrived before the expected time considering that the item were from the United States and has to be delivered to the United Arab Emirates. They have notified that the items will be coming approx. 8 to 20 days from the day of the order.
The team updated my account accordingly and I am able to track my item.
Definitely will use International checkout for my next purchase from the US.

Customer service worked very hard to deliver me the right items, when they delivered me wrong items and i paid tax for the right ones. The customer service is very patient and replies very fast! Patiently worked with DHL so i didn't have to pay tax again! Thank you very much! Will shop again!

THE WORST WEBSITE
September 6, 2015

I place an order at Dr. Martens USA. At checkout, Dr. Martens.com returns me to Internationnal Checkout. After completing the payment form with my bank account, I confirm my purchase and I am redirected to a blank page with a window "Site Malveillant".
I have no order number, I don't know if my order has been validated or not.
After reading the reviews on this site, I quickly make my credit card opposition.
It's a shame that Dr. Martens is affiliated with them.

I live in Australia, and in the past I find, for some reason, that the time it takes to receive goods from the USA is, to say the least, extremely disappointing.

However, and I don't know how they do it, International checkout seems to have solved this problem. I couldn't believe how easy it was to communicate with them, just how fast my purchase arrived and how safely and expertly it was packaged. I commend international checkout unreservedly. Cheers... I requested a certificate of authenticity for the product I ordered. It was deemed undeliverable by USPS, so was returned to International Checkout, which sent it again to another address, no problem. Thanks for your help!

Worst Company ever
August 3, 2017

"What you are seeing for shipping and handling is not just shipping, it also includes a fee for using our service since otherwise the store won't be able to process your foreign payment method"

$130 shipping to simply process a Canadian Credit card for a small item shipped from Maryland to Montana. If I were to use my US Credit card it would be $10 ground shipping. To inform a business that they cannot process international payments without their high fees etc is nearly criminal. STAY AWAY

I placed an international order (maybe overly ambitious) for a Standard delivery to coincide with a trip to Las Vegas. To my dismay, the time frame was not achievable. Customer service responded promptly, offered personalized monitoring and solved my drama. Great team and spirit It means a lot these days.

I had my item ordered for overseas delivery and sadly it was broken during the postage, the company however, offered a full refund or send it again for me, the item broken for the second time, but the company responded supportively and offered me the same options, for the third time my item arrived intact and i am pleased and impressed by the helpful responses, will sure recommend it to my friends who wish to purchase online.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I received my order, the color was completely wrong and had to send it back. When I received the refund, I was shorted over $200.00! I am the consumer who didn't do anything wrong yet I am losing money?! Called international checkout, first they hung up twice, then they wouldn't tell me who owns the company? Whats the secret? And then wouldn't give me the person's email address? Never use this company! Use Purolator or mail!
