The $ I paid gave me what I asked for and more. Didn't know I signed up for autopay monthly...but the company took care of it. I only paid for what I needed and they delivered greatly.

For the last two weekends the web site has been down, there is no way to call or contact anyone I tired email and phone, no one cares

I was very impressed by the amount and accuracy of all the information I had gotten I recommend it for anyone

My customer service rep was great friendly fast and courteous and he provided the most respectable customer service ever

You can find out more information just doing a Google search and looking at the white pages. This was so stupid and such a waste of money. They obviously must have fake good reviews. No arrest records persons been arrested six times doesn't even have the persons birthday. I can find that out for free on white pages and regular google searches. You would think $35 would actually get you information. The site has you waiting forever as if its actually pulling up information on someone.

How is this site legal its a scam.

I was sent to this site from the County Court website. I also looked it up to see if it was legit. Given that it was seemingly being used by the court and the initial information I got was that it was legit, I went ahead and did a one month (I only needed one report). Boy, do I regret it! All I can see is the dashboard, which has a lot of errors, but I can't open or download anything because the site doesn't work properly and it freezes up my computer. There is definitely missing information and a lot of completely incorrect information. These people are just buying old and unverified lists and then publishing it. This is such a scam!

The customer service is outstanding very precise and informational. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you all your help.

The moment I completed a 1 month subscription, the spam emails came pouring in, now over 200 daily - tried to find myself@ 4 previous addresses/states and it found nothing - any alternative will be better

Nightmare alert. Once they get you for a month, you have no ability to cancel. They block even their 800 number once they get my number. Then I needed my password. On forget my password they promise to send a confirmation email and did not. I did this several times. Still no ability. I've reported them to the Attorney General.

The worst possible customer service action a company can take is to make a potential customer sit through 40 minutes of "analysis" and then reveal the overpriced service. I can't believe I fell for this bull$#*! and only hope someone else reads this before going through the same daunting process.

I search my own number it was given me wring information please don't believe this website totally cracked up when i realized and read reviews people either destroyed their own life from their own hand or the reviews are fake good luck

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like I had to. So here it goes...
UPDATE---my agent wrote me back and gave me 35.12 dollars worth of money back! I
My other agent did get back to me last week and she said like "we get our data from numerous public sources. The information is then uploaded into our database.If you are getting inaccurate information on our site, it's due to the information we obtain. Unfortunately, we cannot edit or manipulate the data. When you purchase a subscription, we guarantee that we will search every database available to us; however, because we simply display records as they're provided to us, we cannot guarantee the content of the records that may show up in the final report."
So far instant checkmate hasn't contacted me about my experience and my gut feeling it it probably NEVER will.
At least I found sex offenders living near my area. I really like it a lot. The addresses here are more current than the ones I found on Spokeo. It even offered me the option to delete records.
However, I still won't recommend instant checkmate...

There is nothing in there that you can't find yourself online in the Public Records. Don't waste $$

It states that it will find information that you may not have found elsewhere online. Looking up myself, obviously, a few things I found. They had my age wrong. There was no work experience despite multiple jobs, quite a few of which were full-time and taxed. Any information they had was either out of date, inaccurate, or just non-existent. I was hoping they would have the information I was looking for that I couldn't remember, but there was nothing. And the excuses that the computer had was, "maybe there are no records to be found!" The only thing I found easy about the whole thing, was setting up the payment information and finding all of the different stuff you could pay for. Clearly it is just a money trap and not a quality service. I am grateful for cheaper trials or else I would be much more upset for wasting my time and money.

One screen says $1. Another says $5. Last screen says $35.12. No way to get back to the $1 screen. It's a scam to sucker you in and get more money.

After signing up to perform a background check I went round and round on the website asking me endless questions. In other words, I didn't receive anything except a bunch of aggravation.

I was disappointed with the service, but the lady on the phone sounded like she was very beautiful and forgive me butt only a hotty could have sounded that gorgeous and lively. Keep hiring more hot n sexy ladies peeps, she had a sense of humor and I find that very attractive in a woman.
That's my review, I was only interested in the sexy sounding lady, and I was just satisfied with her service and that sexy laugh of hers ya.
Be safe hot lady, we would have had a fun date, lol no jokes peeps she is probably drop dead gorgeous and probably with an $#*!, forgive my language but I calls it like I hears it.
