InstantCheckmate worked very well for me and I was able to use their system to eliminate a problem that was greatly bothering my family and myself. Within minutes of getting the information that by using InstantCheckmate allowed me to access obtain the problem was finished and over with for hopefully forevermore. However if I ever run into this problem, or problems like or similar to it again I will most definitely be back without hesitation. I would only change one single thing for people like myself in that if there was a subscription for a day, or for one usage search it would most likely bring many more people to InstantCheckmate due to them only needing to find one individual and it would be more cost effective for them. I am truly happy that InstantCheckmate services exist for helping people to solve what could be serious problems and nip them in the bud immediately. I would recommend InstantCheckmate to anyone.

Have used this at a reduced rate for more than a year. Not a wise investment. Most of the information is inaccurate and/or completely out of date. Also, ICM's so called 'terms of service' will not allow you to research business associates, (e.g., people you meet in a business setting, whether you have a business relationship or not) (?). Wish I could give this business '0' stars. There are multiple more cost effective competitors. Look around on the internet. JP

We put Accurate information in and found absolutely no new information that we were looking for. We put the same information on fastpeople.com and US phone people.com and melissa.com and go way more information from those websites. Instant checkmate is a scam scam scam I had it for two hours and they will not return my money bother with this they probably just want to collect information.

To use you must submit to a monthly reoccurring charge. The customer service number provided to cancel or receive help is simply a telemarketing scam service. No live person is available to assist you, thus you cannot cancel this service and must attempt to stop the charges via your bank, PayPal or credit card provider. The information I paid for, I never received. PLEASE, DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION FROM WHICH YOU CAN BE CHARGED.

The service is a joke. I knew it when they didn't even have adequate info to verify my identity such as a birth date or a social security number and they gave me countless options under my name that didn't even match any of the criteria I gave them. The so-called report was about 75% inaccurate and fiction so to do this on someone else and to trust the info you receive is ludicrous and actually should be criminal because it could incriminate someone you're searching for incorrectly, and and most likely will. Also site was difficult to navigate and I had to redo my password twice, my request for my own report twice and couldn't reach customer service on the phone and on and on... Waste of time and money.

After 10 minutes the search completed and I was given a very brief summary page. Most of the details regarding relatives and possible relations was wrong, last names matched in some cases but didn't recognize the first names so I knew that whatever was contained in the *paid* copy probably weren't going to be much better.

I needed to search for a single person. After that search I searched myself. It missed so much in regards to professional licenses and DEA license, firearm license, etc. In addition, even with an exact location and birthdate, almost half of the data was incorrect. It is a useless product unless it is free in which case it may help the general public in some cases. Complete waste of money.

Absolute garbage! This business sent me a bunch of wrong information and non was beneficial. They also automatically sign you up for monthly service when I thought I was paying a one time fee. Doesn't work save your money.

Never have I been so insulted and paid for a service that hadn't been working for several days. When I called their 800 number I was told apple no longer supports their app. New login is time consuming and definitely not user friendly. I asked to cancel my service and was told they were canceling me. Take my advice, GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!
