To use you must submit to a monthly reoccurring charge. The customer service number provided to cancel or receive help is simply a telemarketing scam service. No live person is available to assist you, thus you cannot cancel this service and must attempt to stop the charges via your bank, PayPal or credit card provider. The information I paid for, I never received. PLEASE, DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION FROM WHICH YOU CAN BE CHARGED.

Tip for consumers:
I do not know if an honest service exists out there. Fake positive ratings and rankings are all over Google but are misleading and deceptive at best. You are tempted to use their service due to problems that you may be experiencing in regard to texts or messages but using this service will multiple your problems tenfold. Do not fall for the hype.

This is alleged to be a service to provide you with data regarding cell phone numbers and the ownership behind them. If you are seeking to find out who has been calling or texting you regarding possible fraud or harassment or unwanted calls or texts. Nothing was actually provided after payment.

I decided to try the razor out as it was on sale at Target. I picked up the razor and 24 cartridges. I regretted buying so many blades as I have to use them up before going back to Gillette. I will never leave Gillette again. It is by far the best razor and best blades. The cost is high but I now realize it is fully worth it. I can never get a close shave with Harrys. I waste precious time going over and over the same areas and still have stubble. This never happened with Gillette. The blades also become dull after just a few shaves and must be replaced often. The grey pieces of plastic that allow the blade to pivot break. This has occurred numerous times resulting in nasty, deep cuts. The handle itself is of sub quality and does not have the weight or balance of a Gillette. Also the mechanism that locks the blade into the handle can and does become lose- leading to more cuts and accidents. I literally have had better shaves with disposable razors, which is a really sad statement. Don't fall for the con of 2 young entrepreneurs creating a better, cheaper shave product- it's all just a marketing gimmick for a bad product.

After a bad start, PurMist has come through and replaced my original defective inhaler with a new one. So far, it is working well and it really does help with allergies as advertised. I honestly think that they are trying to correct the issues with the inhaler and improve their customer service and I commend them for their effort.

Failed within 15 days. Customer service phone # is designed to frustrate and discourage. Finally after 10 attempts was sent a return shipping label, 6 weeks later- nothing. Although I have the tracking # showing delivery and email regarding return label- no luck on refund or new unit. It is sad because when It did work, it worked well. Obviously there are manufacturing quality-control issues and an inadequate and unacceptable customer service problem. I imagine that they are overwhelmed with complaints and problems.
