Only face pics from me ever and get unsolicited nudes from girls and I got blocked $#*!ing silly company. Face pic how left. Can they be when I get nudes sent to me. This is why 50% of women are single freak site like this.

You guys have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My hacked account has now affected over 10 of my friends and you guys don't even have a $#*!ing person to talk to about it. Good $#*!ing job $#*!s

If you would have asked me how i felt about Instagram back in January i would have said i LOVE it. However after dealing their "support" i am beyond disappointed. I am a blogger and one of the ways to engage with my followers was to create memes their was daily memes on my story however i started noticing that the more followers i had the more issues i started to have that my post were against community guidelines. I've had my instagram account since inception mind you back in 2011. I would appeal all the time their is not a person checking those appeals its all automated. Well in January my account was disabled with disabled scenario you can think of to appeal there was NO solution. I had verify my identity before anything. Emailed anything i account to get at least an answer. Now its july and have not heard from a REAL person. They don't care. I'm just sad becasue i can never use my Instagram handle name.

I have been using Instagram for 7 years and loved it. My Facebook was hacked back in February and because my Instagram was linked to it, my account was affected too. I sent numerous emails to both Instagram and Facebook with screen shots of what the hacker had done with no response from either. I was able to create a new Instagram account, but cannot use the app. The website is not user friendly at all and you lose capabilities of the app. It's sad that I can no longer use a social media platform that I really enjoyed because they refuse to respond or help with something that their own security failed.

Instagram used to be a fun site. Originally it was a place to post your photos and like and comment on other people's photos. Every since facebook took over it's gone downhill. Facebook has no problem with having ads that are lies and ads from Russia because money talks but they have implemented rules on IG which you can find nowhere yet you are expected to follow and if they decide you have broken one of these unwritten rules they block you without telling you what rule(s) you may have broken or how long you are blocked and they give no response to your emails. They are no longer a fun site and instead have become power hungry money hungry capitalists.

Worst social media app ever! Ever since Facebook acquired Instagram it's just an ad based media that will never be social again. Just scamming people their money!

If you have a business and think of using Instagram, DON'T!

You get 100 likes for the ad and no likes for the posts you don't promote. I was hopeful, tried posting more ads, being consistent and got a social media manager to help my business but it all failed.

Your wasting your time plus money and will never get post reach from the followers you get after the ad.

Like seriously, can we do something about the people in Silicon Valley and their power trips? The power has gone to their head and they think they can tell the rest of the world how to think. Like seriously, you run an app and a website, get real. Most of these apps or sites started out really cool and operated like a free-for-all, now the minute you insult someone correctly for being stupid, they want to ban you.

Enough is enough. Seriously. Something has got to be done. Texas did the right thing outlawing this nonsense. I hope other states follow.

There is a lot of inappropriate bots with scam links that are inappropriate and disturbing. The sites these message or whatever we're calling it sends you to is disturbing,pornographic,and gross. How is this app available to the general public?

Hacked! Since FB acquired Instagram it's been infested with Russian bots and trolls. My account was hacked months ago by a bk ru email (Russian domain) and even though I followed all the instructions sent to my secure email, the issue has never been resolved. These hackers have had my private info and pictures for months and Instagram does not care! All you have to do is a quick google search and you'll find many people have been experiencing this issue recently with Instagram. BEWARE!

Instagram marketing = Make your profile pic a hot girl who travels the world and you have it made. I have been on Instagram for a few years, I always have around 400 followers, I do the same kind of things I do in other social media and have thousands of followers there... but not instagram. They rigged the website/app based on revenue, so as a result people pay for friends there, when you see someone with massive followers they paid for it, what is social about that? The people they pay keep contacting me and offering to have me pay to have thousands of followers. I get messages everyday from the instagram marketing people telling me I should be friends with this person or that person, why? Because this or that person paid to have someone contact me. I like the platform but overall compared to twitter, FB, Linkedin and others, Instagram performs the worst. See attached for an example of a paid message, notice its from "instagrammer"

I've been trying to contact them nultiple times bc my profile was hacked. Got no respond, nth! I tried to contact them on Twitter, via their stupid forms, via emails, nothing is working, they just don't care about your personal data! I have never had such a terrible experience with customer support as with Instagram.

@dean_collister has created an imposter account, using my images, to abuse, harass and fake my identity, which is in direct violation of Instagram's policies.
