Thieves and cons
August 8, 2016

Can't believe so many people got ripped off by this store, is this a real store or a con! They charge you and kept the money never, I mean never send anything, it has been over a month, we are still waiting for the order. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR STEALING, of course. All you get is answer machine that tells you sent emails. Unbelievable! Will contact State Attorney Gen. ( I wud give if there is a -5)

Today I found out that infowars so called "info" was just an opinion of some guy, i'm not sure if I can believe him, but all of his information fits in correctly, so he might be telling me the truth, but I need to be 100% sure he's telling the truth. I gave him an average review because he could be this very intelligent guy that knows what he's talking about, or he could be this crazy guy that is coming up with conspiracies from a tiny piece of information.

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND.
Only read the information above.

I watched Alex Jones abandon his investigative team at the Bohemian Grove on TV, only to rejoin them later, where they all agreed... about nothing - and that's his show... about nothing.

Pretty sure Alex Jones knows the truth back to the beginning. Even so, there's nothing on his website that would indicate this. Design and layout aren't good. No deep digging and a waste of time.

I just went through www.infowars.com, and read every little story I could find. Specifically, I was looking for Alex's infiltration into Bohemian Grove, on the Russian River.

I am non partisan. I believe that immigrants need to come to America LEGALLY, but I think that there is a climate issue, due to man.

This guy's ultimate agenda, is to get you to buy his products, make you a consumer, and make you hate the Left. It's so obvious! You order his products, you read his stories... And the ONLY source he has is a documentary from some Ant-Left idiot in another country? Sorry, Alex... You are going to have to start naming multiple sources, for non partisan folk like me, to believe Anything you say!

And further... After reading these reviews, it seems like you are a scammer when it comes to your products, (people not getting what they paid for, etc). How do I know you didn't pay some stupid actor to make a fake 22 minute video stating that Russia is grooming the antiPOTUS movement?

You. Have. GOT. To. Be. Kidding. Me!

Well we all should know by now that governments keep secrets but It does no good to hype the hysteria. I first found out about this site from a youtube video explaining the wrong doings of the government in the ebola outbreaks and so on. The whole video was presented in a manner that was extremely manipulative. At the end of it was just an advertisment for some super special supplement as though i would actually be led to believe that that pill could fight ebola. I took a look at the site and all I saw was sensationalist jargon and more president bashing as though he is the reason for everything that happens ever. Plus i see pictures of Alex Jones himself appearing self righteous and looking off to the side to make him appear concerned and thoughtful. All he wants is the money from the weary public whom will quickly take anything at face value.

It would be nice to find a site that had the honest to god truth, but you cant trust anything on the internet. If he was revealing 100% truth about the agendas of the government or huge corporations then he and the information would have "disappeared" pretty quickly.

The site might make an interesting read but for the sake of your health do not take it at face value because for all we know this Alex Jones guy may be actually be a tool for the ones that he claims to be against.

INFOWARS is honest, factual & hardly speculative (I say it's 90% fact based & roughly 10% speculation). The operation is also a perfect example of the American dream, he started off on his own, now owns one of the most honorable news outlets in American history.
Anyway, do people not realize that ACTUAL DOCUMENTS & ACTUAL QUOTES from ACTUAL BOOKS are NOT opinions? If you want to know true history & the truth about current events, this is one of the only trusting & fact based places to go to.

Alex Jones tells it like it is and to alot of people this stuff is scary. I say take the blind folds off people and listen to what Alex Jones has to say. Do your own research if you don't agree with it. More important, PRAY, PRAY, PRAY.

Whether you are a Democrat, an Independent or a Republican, you need to see the articles and videos on this site. If you have your doubts about the true motivation of today's political leadership, Infowars is the place to go. Alex Jones and staff are, by far, the most diligent, hardworking, truth- tellers that I've ever come across. The goal of all information presented is to expose the real news behind the news that most people aren't getting from today's mainstream information sources, and to expose the worldwide push toward global governance. To do this, his website uses articles and videos with multiple quotes and citations. It is not based on the speculation of his staff and wow, is it powerful!
If you've ever doubted the truthfulness of our media or our politicians, you owe it to yourself to see the evidence presented on the website, but I would also strongly suggest that you also watch the Infowars program on you-tube, for a more in-depth analysis, that also includes a variety of guests that will really help you understand what has been going on to systematically erode our individual rights and civil liberties, in exchange for the ultimate goal of a global totalitarian system. This New World Order that we've heard about for decades is encroaching at an ever-growing pace, and involves the ultimate control of every individual on the planet, for the benefit of the few.

My opinion is if he was telling THE TRUTH he wouldn't be alive. It is mixture of lies and some truth. As people we should develop INDEPENDENT thinking based on your OWN NATURAL LOGIC - not on what another people tell.

Ok, I have to be honest right off the start. I don't particularly like Alex Jones, but at the same time I sort of admire him. Jones is the owner of infowars.com. He also owns "prisonplanet.com, the jonesreport., infowars.net, truthnews, and I believe a few more. He has a superior business model and that I admire. His websites are loaded with scary, conspiracy laden theories, news events seen through his eyes which usually revolves around the illuminati or the controlling U.S. government and imminent marshal law we shall all face soon (ya, sure) He has a huge loyal following and his website and syndicated radio show empire is growing faster than a bad weed.
Like I said, I sort of admire him because he built a successful business from scratch all based on conspiracy and first Amendment rights and freedom of the press.
All of his websites are saturated with advertisements for everything from weird Obama T-shirts to some strange bottled water that I'll need to have stocked up when civil war breaks out. I guess I'll be thirsty when I'm hustled off to the concentration camps.
I estimate that each of his websites are pulling in a minimum $100,000 per month just on the advertising alone. That figure is probably very low and I'm sure it's a lot more. The reason I mention this is that personally I have a hard time taking him seriously when I know he's a millionaire based on his ability to scare the hell out of everyone. Even the ads on his sites are scary. All in all, some of the stuff on infowars is interesting, but the whole scare tactic theme gets rather tiring very quickly

Entertainment
December 21, 2015

Infowars and The Alex Jones Show I think should be taken as entertainment. They certainly bring up a vast number of relevant points any patriot should consider; but I don't think it suffices as a sole news source. You'll read a lot of comments and reviews of infowars that mention the content of "Their" articles. They primarily Link Articles; and maybe 30-35% of the articles they run (if that much) are originals from their staff. This is not denied; so they get a point for that.
I'd say the biggest issue really is AJ's narcissism. You catch glimpses of it which makes you suspect; then you look further at who he is and that is an endless rabbit trail.
Aside from that; is the shows treatment of callers. Every time I tune in and get to hear a phone call; the caller could be revealing massive evidence of popular conspiracy theories; but they are cut off; iow- they censor the audience; I was banned from their comment sections with no explanation. There is certainly a lot of deception going for whatever reason; but If you're not obsessing over the website; and you diversify your news source, who really cares?

WHY I WILL NEVER BUY FROM INFOWARS STORE AGAIN
1. Customer Service, according to customer service (in October 2019) stated that there are only three people working in customer service
2. Instead of holding the amount on your card that you spend, like basically every website and store, Infowars.com holds twice the amount you spend.
3. Infowars uses a third party to handle overflow calls as an order line only. Waiting to speak to anyone in that department is at least 15-20 minutes or more. They are rude and unprofessional. Their management is also rude and unprofessional.
4. Unlike basically every other website, if you create an account on the Infowars store, you cannot delete it yourself. Only a few weird, fishy websites bury the delete option deep on their site in hopes you won't find it and give up. Infowars does not even offer that! Instead you have to call customer service, not the order line, if you call the order line they will tell you that you have to call customer service. There are no other phone numbers. However, customer service almost never answers the phone, and instead it goes straight to voicemail. It took me many hours over many days of constantly calling to finally get a hold of someone, that's some grade A customer service there. When I finally did get a hold of someone, she informed me that there are only three people working in customer service, and that there is not a way for a customer to delete their own Infowars store account, but that I have to now send an email. It turns out NOT even customer service can help! However, it also turns out it's not a simple email, you then get a reply email with more instructions on a form to fill out, then after submitting that and someone reviewing it, then the account is supposedly deleted.
By the way, as of November 2019 all reviews of infowars products have been removed from the website. Also the ability to leave a review has also been removed.
A few years ago, Alex Jones stated on his radio program that his customer service use to be horrible, but he has learned how important it is, and now it's really good. He has not learned how important it is, it's really bad.

Worst Customer Service Ever. I Order Male Vitality And Alpha Male From Infowars... I Never Received A Confirmation And My Money Was Taken Out My Credit Card. I And My Wife Sent 5 Emails And Called Many Times... We Only Got Through 3 Times With People Saying They Can't Do Nothing Because There Department Does Not Deal With Order Status... The Times We Got Through We Were Transferred. To The Order Status Department, But To No Avail. No One Ever Pick Up The Phone And The Automated Service Tell To Leave A Message But No One Ever Return The Call. I Contacted My Credit Card Company And Recived My Money Back... And They Are Also Investigating.

Not as described
June 25, 2016

Ordered $100 "patriot" food package. Told them up front that i was diabetic (agent orange), lived alone and needed mre format, was assured that this was EXACTLY as i specified.
Package arrived in large plastic bin (ok) consisting of dehydrated powdered high carb MULTI - PORTION plasticized paper based bags some of which had torn (at creases) and leaked in the bin... really need lots of sugar and starch like 8 portions of chocolate pudding in one flimsy bag requiring REFRIGERATION after prep. For the same $100 could put together better better package from 99 cent store or costco... phoney balogna!

I placed an order with you for my girlfriend
Order Date: 6/8/2016. I did not get it. I have sent several "tickets" to your website and left two phone messages with NO reply other than your automated acknowledgement. Your sites live assistant NEVER works nor does your online "general message" captcha either. Thus it is impossible to leave a message... wtf. I'm must say NOT a good way to do business or build a reputation. I am totally disappointed in you!
I have spoken with you personally while living in Austin, I have been a fan and infowarrior for over 20 years, and ordered from you before. HOWEVER, I must say I find it hard to believe someone with your resources could have a website riddled with so many errors that conveniently bar customers from making contact. This experience has whittled away my respect for you and your organization. I now feel ripped off and left out in the cold and your organization offers NO assistance. I am hoping that you can bring me some resolve in the next day or so, so we may remain friend and allies.
