First off, I am a big supporter of Kaitlyn and Millie's channels and wanted to go a step further to support Infowars. I placed a first time $170 order on not just Apparel but 3 supplements to try out as well. I must say after trying them out I had planned to purchase 2 of the supplements again. The initial order was sent with one of the T-Shirts being not one that I ordered. No big deal right? That's what I thought anyway. I sent a email simply stating the issue and that I needed to return the shirt for exchange to get the correct one I ordered. Days pass and no response. I sent another message via email with days passing. On about the 4th day I finally got a response.

Stephanie was the name she went by and stated she needed more information. Okay I copy and pasted the entire transaction explaining again what was sent to me in error. 3 or 4 days pass and "Stephanie" responds saying she would have to issue a return label. Okay. A few more days pass and I send another request to "Stephanie" that I simply needed a return label to send the shirt back that I paid for but didn't order. Long story short here. Stephanie seemed to just drag her feet with no rush, no real concern, not apologetic and no consideration for the time and messages back and forth for days and days for a return that they INFOWARS STORE caused by sending me the wrong shirt! I had been cool up to 2 weeks into this back and forth nonsense with messages. All I needed was a label to fix their mistake okay? I messaged Miss Personality Stephanie telling her that days had became weeks now and I still had not been given the tracking number for the initial shirt I ordered weeks ago (which Stephanie said I would get), nor was I given a return label for the shirt I did NOT order. I was very surprised at the service I had received by Infowars customer service. She responds 3 DAYS LATER being short, making her letters BOLD going through the process of which she had never told me before so how I was I to know? That was it. I decided then I am done with Infowars.com as far as Merchandise period.

You can not get anyone on the phone - I tried that before it led to this but you get a machine. You have to communicate via email on problems with your order. Even with problems that I didn't even cause THEY DID. How crazy is this? New customer, big supporter, we screw up his order so lets drag it out weeks and be rude to him in the process? This is not my idea of customer service at all. I will still watch Alex, Kaitlyn and Millie but when it comes to making any purchases going forward I absolutely will NOT be making.

I do a lot of online purchases and I mean A LOT with many websites. I understand people make mistakes but wow I am still shocked that this is the best people infowars.com store can hire. I have put in writing through this process 3 times at least asking where my return label is and I to date still do not have one. I have still not received the correct shirt I ordered weeks ago.

Fake news does exist and possibly fake reviews too I have no idea. However, this experience was as real as it gets and Stephanie with infowars.com made sure I would never order again and she succeeded 100%. I see myself soon disputing all of the items with my credit card service provider, while packing up all apparel I received and sending it back to Stephanie personally. I would send the supplements as well if I had not been taking them for over 2 weeks now. That's how frustrating this whole process has been. A request for a return due to the sellers error should not take any longer than 48-72 hours tops once contact is made.

Alex Jones you said a while back on the air that "your customer service was very bad and you now realize how important that is, so now your customer service was good". I have to be the bearer of bad news but your customer service is the worst I have experienced in a very very long time...

They mostly hang out on YouTube to make their source of income and to get paid through PayPal, GoFundMe, Patreon and other free online payment processors. They'll blame a shadow boogie man of a New World Order to get paid. These scamming scumbags will build up their YouTube channels through their scam network from their own (or networks) video marketing methods, free blogs and their own hosted website services. When they have enough suckers hooked on their channels from the garbage these creeps spew in their staged videos. They'll then make up a sob story later on to ask their video followers for money. The entire YouTube community in general is officially corrupted. These corrupted communities range from the Alternative Media/Truth Community, Video Gaming Community, MRA (Men's Rights Activists) Community, Feminism Community, MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) Community, TFL (True Forced Loneliness) Community, PUA Pick Up Artist Community, Wrestling Community, Christian Community, Atheist Community, Muslim/Islamic Community, Music Community, Survival Prep Community, Gun Community, Political Community, Science Community and their corrupt network niches all over the corrupted YouTube community. These scumbags are everywhere and they all know I got their number and exposing their massive clique on YouTube and elsewhere online.

I have my ups and downs about Alex Jones, Infowars' and all the other things' he has his fingers' into. I do notice the immense advertising of his "natural ingrediances too. Like it was mentioned earlier. I really though don't know what to make out of the guy himself. He seems sincere in what he talks about. So if he believes what he says there is no doubt in my mind that he does. See, I do research conspiracy. I don't necessarily believe it, but there are some facts' that I have found. Things that Alex Jones bounces around on. He believes that the New World Order is now, The evidence shows that to be true. People in the 1800s would have killed, (which they did), in order to live the life we live today. Regulation and Population control, yeah, that is going on too with the UN, birthcontrol and abortion. Third world countries' are denied entry into the UN without have some kind of Birth Control program in place. The shift in the way things were to the way things' are is so sever too. History is so clouded when we look at what took place in Eastern Europe between 1885 and 1945. Orsen Wells father, H. G. Wells, believed this to be true also, and that was during the time that these things' were going on in history. Edwin Black did a superb investigation on the Transfer agreement between the Jewish people in Pre World War Two and the Nazis as well as IBM and the Holocaust. Sorry, but there are plenty of things we need to know and people are not being told. We are just now hearing from the Political Parties out of their rants', about the Formation of the Institute of Social Reform. The story of Operation Paperclip is now fact as well. Our own country, not only hired Nazi War Criminals', but pretty much admitted their guilt by letting one of them appear on a NASA documentary. Bragging about the Rocket he created. The same man who created the missles' which killed thousand of people in London during the war. The man who discovered Operation Samson in Isreal was kidnapped in France after he whistleblowed to England. Seduced by a Mossad Agent into leaving to go to France and then Obducted. He served thirty years' in prison. He is not allowed to leave Isreal and he can never speak to journalist at all. If he does he goes back to prison. Then Israel and the United States has a problem with Iran having Nuclear capability? When well over two hundred Nuclear Bombs' are under Israel as I speak?

That was in both testaments. And who is this person to say our Government is not what the founders intended at all WHILE badmouthing Infowars when that is exactly what Infowars is saying?

No Christ might not want you to live in fear but HE TAUGHT THE WORLD the only way NOT to live in fear is to first not be a fearful person but second never let anyone NOT EVEN THE GOVERNMENT THAT CONTROLS THE WORLD AROUND YOU to cause fear to you and Christ DIED taking on the Tax collectors for merging his church with their Government to collect said taxes which is a form of Fascism which is funded by Socialism which is the kind of Government they were under at the time.

Be a real Christian and take a lesson from Christ! Never try and push anyone around BUT ALSO NEVER LET ANYONE DO THE SAME TO YOU! The Government IS some thing to fear, Just ask Kennedy, MLK, and everyone else who died warning us the Government was NOT to be trusted. Just ask Jesus. He never said just give in and let them do to you as they please and neither did anyone else who had the balls to stand for what was right and killed in the process.

Everyone here talking about the news being fake are all Idiots, right from the moment Bush Sr. Bragged about the New World Order in 1991 on 911, his father was a well known Nazi collaborator that Bush Sr. Was assigned to investigate quite literally as the first internal investigation which were illegal back then and made legal by HIS administration (And I saw the NWO speech live when it was aired) The Government has done what it can to take more and give nothing in return while Obama uses the LEO Safety act and the fake Patriot act to expand on militarizing the police using the DOJ and the so called Homeland Security as those policies were intended and in another Fascist paid by socialist policy it won't be long before the two just merge and we're right back to living the way the USSR did in the 1930's.

But as far as the site goes and it's so called no Censoring policy to it's users. I think the mods need to be replaced.

Recently I went to Infowars, couldn't see the comments, after a few days I went to the Email hot line. They said to clear my cache that Im not being censored, It gets cleared every morning any way but I Ctrl F-5ed anyway. Said I was haven't the same problem and got ignored. Later I went to Forums and explained my situation stating I was fan, I tried being respectful all I really did was go off on a few trolls and a Neo Nazi that used to troll all the time. A Moderator said it was an Automated bot that banned trolls and spammers. I explained that I wasn't a troll and I never spammed so obviously I wasted my time contributing to the site. I also made a valid statement that even trolls if their not being censored would have a right to their opinion anyway. I got a star and the next day found myself banned. Can't make a new screen name or anything. I was an avid contributor to the comments on their site, always defending infowars and even telling other posters not to make comments of how bad they want to shoot Obama and things like that because that is how the site gets in trouble over content and this is how they treated me. Bully on "You don't get censored on infowars". Obviously you do, and if you don't agree with everything they say you will be signed up as a troll and taken off their Forums as well.

And if you idiots talking $#*! really think "They are the Government and they are here to help" Lame stream media and FOX News have you right where they want you. Every time I see a "News organization" break an important political story it is always one they made fun of months or years prior that Infowars reported as MSM and Fox calls it ridiculous then all the sudden here they are talking about how the Government is doing this and that sounding like their just repeating Infowars from months before like they just thought of it. If I was still part of the Fox or Main Stream Media crowd at this point putting my fist in the air spouting off USA thinking the Government is actually in it to help us at all, I would feel like a real moron. No matter what the Gov are paid by the same banksters Reps and Dems and the Media are all paid by the Government political parties to report what they want you to hear. A truth we all have known for a really long time but the lemmings still follow the propaganda.

If any one is curious to who the Pied Piper is, he is the Bushes, he is the Obamas, he is the Clintons and he is your master.
