I like Infowars and like many people, I decided to support Alex Jones' business by ordering some of his products. (God knows he advertises all the time asking for support)! The first two orders that I placed online were fine. I received both shipments in a timely manner, and my orders were complete. However, the last shipment I received was wrong. I got my package, but it wasn't what I ordered. I've called their customer service line twice, and I've sent two emails all on different days. I have yet to receive a reply. I will continue to watch the show, but I will not order any more of Jones' items. His customer service department is terrible and obviously, Alex doesn't care about his customers. He's just focused on making a profit... So much for patriotism! Scroll down the page and you'll find plenty of other dissatisfied customers like myself. Do yourself a favor and skip the Infowars store. Buy your organic and non-GMO products elsewhere, which is exactly what I'm going to do.

In May 2016, Democratic Presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, was coming to my hometown for a rally. As I was browsing the web for time, locale, etc., I stumbled upon a Youtube video by Infowars regarding the rally. I listened in disbelief as this broadcaster came on with a loud booming voice telling everyone to show up and cause fights, disruption, and be as belligerent as possible. He was giving away free Killary and Hillary for Prison t-shirts to entice an angry mob to do this. I noted that the comments were from a younger crowd. Infowars is biased, persuading, and not considered journalism.

So previously I had reviewed that their customer service number was some kind of scam line.

Turns out the infowars number is misfortunately similar to a scam number, and that I may be a little bit dyslexic.

*******139 - infowars customer service
*******193 - some automated line that tries to steal your information

Infowars replied to my email today (2 days after my complaint), informed me of my error, and refunded my order.
Now I feel a bit bad lol.

No information on the reports of incomplete orders, but they treated me fairly and promptly.

It's beyond me why anyone even still buys into the outrageous propaganda, hate, and outright lies this website is known for passing around. But I guess one can apply the old saying "birds of a feather flock together" when it comes to the like of Alex Jones and others who call themselves "journalist" on this site, considering the amount of racist and other derogatory commentaries that comes from the staff of Infowars and commenters who visit this site.

Always had good experience

I've never had a problem receiving product from Infowars/Prison Planet. I am fairly certain of why reviews are bad though. They are fakes from progs who spread hate on our world and are bent on disrupting free speech and thought. This is the true problem, but it certainly isn't Infowars and their products.

After a friend recommended this news site to me I have been a frequent visitor there. Alex Jones is quite knowledgeable and brave journalist and discuses issues which most of his US colleagues do not dare. The streaming radio and podcast on the site are interesting to listen to as well.

Follow this site on the reg.

A hard departure from the mainstream news sites. Self idents as alternative media.

Emphatic presentation is ALWAYS placed in context by providing in-article links. This sourcing encourages the reader to follow through to confirm assertions made.

I find this site to be the funniest of all conspiracy theorists. Everything Alex Jones says and does is a promotion for a new product that costs so much that your wallet would want to start its own revolution. Overall the guy is a scam artist that is trying to manipulate news so much that the viewers are willing to buy the products he sells. If anything he's a salesman considering that both his sites prisonplanet.com and infowars.com are both. Coms which means he pays taxes from the profit he makes off of people. I don't get how people can believe him when it's all just a scam to make money and the worst part is that it's right in front of people's faces. It's a real shame that so many viewers get sucked into his lies when they're so smart and could use that to do great things in the world instead of listening to this scum.

Conspiracy nut

Alex Jones is a scaremongering idiot who keeps his audience entertained with lies and half truths about the super evil reptilian illuminati. I shouldn't really call him an idiot, but his followers mostly are, he's just clever enough to play on their emotions. He's a huge hypocrite, and this was recently highlighted with his support of Russia and their politics. The irony of course is that Alex Jones scares the people about the US government creating a police state, meanwhile he supports and backs one of the biggest dictatorships who have one of the most sophisticated police states in the world, that place being Russia of course.

Infowars is a horrible website, and I feel bad for anyone who believes his stuff. You need to think about what he says and think to yourself if it is real. He says that large news companies tell you lies about government. Well, think about this: Infowars might be the website telling you lies. Alex Jones just makes stuff up, posting it on his website. If you don't want to be crazy, don't follow Alex Jones!

I placed order on October 6th, It is November 9th today I still did not get my order yet, I sent email couple of times, sounds like he does not want to deal with my issue. I tried to cancel my order, he refused to cancel it, he does not want to refund my money back. Terrible service. What can I do? There is many web sites selling even better organic products for even better price too. Better to check all the comments below, before you put your order here with them. Be careful.

Alex Jones was 45 mins late, when he got to my home! He was rude and on top of that, the food was cold and undercooked!

Never order from infowars, unless you like late, rude people who serve bad food!

Product service
December 6, 2016

I love the news and show but don't order the products, at least online. I wanted to support Alex and the show and decided to put an order in for one product as a test. After I put my order in I did not receive the typical "your order has been placed" message and no order #. They also did not send an email confirmation to. I have sent in 2 messages asking for help with this issue and called the toll free number 2 times with no response. I even selected to put an order in on phone but all I got was music. They did charge my card and I will wait a few days to see if charge settles. If it does, I already called my bank and will dispute this charge. I will watch the show but I will never even consider buying ANY products from Alex again.

When I researched.
November 13, 2016

When I first saw the screw ball I wasn't sure if he was serious. The things he said to a huge degree ended up dead on. I've learned the exact opposite from mainstream media. Lol. Probably 90% of these people now want to retract some of these statements. (The other reviews) look there's no scam $#*!s! Your country was nearly stolen by globalist. So Alex jones was laugh to scorn for years informing you, to simply scam all his avid listeners. If your that dumb you've got some common sense issues. If You want organic supplements, yet think he's nuts, buy some from the store. Preferably a trusted source, If you don't trust this guy. He's not hurting. Either way the movement Alex help to push is only gonna grow. A that's free enterprise done right. Good product means the people who matter will be back. I'm one of em.

Alex Jones is a propagandist himself. A self-aggrandizing promoter of himself. If he is so much for free speech, why does he censor those who fail to parrot what comes out of his mouth on his own website? You can say anything unless it disagrees with what he wants his followers to hear.

Fabulous
July 13, 2017

My husband took myco-zx and lost 15 lbs in a month. He looks great. He bought the iodine supplement and vitality with it. So this month I started the myco-zx I havent lost any weight but I do have a thyroid problem and its most likely affecting my weight. But the female vitality has been working wonders in my hair.it looks full and has more body in it. I was really hoping to loose weight. But my months not up yet.My husband turned on a guy at the office to myco-z and he lost twelve lbs the first week. So i believe Alex has a great product and his customer service is amazing. We bought in bulk and one of the bottles broke in shipping and with one email we got a brand new one in a week. Thanks infowars and God Bless.

They work very hard to bring you everything to a story. They offer all of their sources and that's important. I really like that they bring the news from around the world, especially on this refugee crisis. They don't mince words and they aren't affraid to tell the truth no matter how politically incorrect it may be. I love Paul, the fast talking kid I never catch his name. Maybe Sean? And Alex too.

To Alex Jones... highly recommend you review your customer service protocol... it's the worst ever. Placed an order and was told to expect status within 7-10 days after receipt. Called 11 days after not receiving ANY information only to be told to submit a "ticket", which I did. No response... no call back... NOTHING!

Tried calling your Customer Support and Order numbers... forget about it! No one at Customer Order support can be bothered to answer the phone. I did contact the order desk and got a CS Rep to answer (GO FIGURE!). Guess what Alex... she couldn't help other than to give me the number to the Customer Support desk for existing orders.

You could take a lesson from Amazon! My suggestion?

1. Get someone to answer the phone.
2. Provide responses to your "ticket" system.
3. Get someone to answer the phone!
