Was looking for info on owner and insurer of the vehicle in a hit and run of a friend of a neighbor. Damage to a parked vehicle and local police refused to treat it as hit and run and even refused taking a report. Was not advised before I paid that I needed a report number or a license, like a PI's, so info not given.

When i pay for a search that has already been completed, i want to see the results not redo the same search all over again first

Once you have set up your account, that's the time when you are accessing the report inside the member's area, which is why it is asking you to rerun the search. It may not match the search results obtained in the Preliminary Search simply because we can't guarantee full or accurate information because publicly available information varies.
