This site is a scam. They said they could locate information of an owner and I paid $2.95 and that information was not available. Then I had the "offer" of an upgraded and more in-depth "VIN" search that shows the owner and all previous owners, it costs another $9.95. I paid it only to see, "no owner information found." Then why did you charge me? Instead, they show you how to apply for that information with a DMV form. This is a total scam in my opinion so don't fall prey.
