I spoke with a customer service representative about my request to secure a cancellation and refund of my monthly charge for this company's service. I had signed-up for a free 7-day trial and then realized that I would not require their ongoing service reports that would be provided. I forgot to cancel before the 7th day. The agent I spoke with was very courteous and helpful in first, cancelling the on-going service and then working with her supervisor to have the initial monthly fee refunded. This was a very pleasant conversation with the agent with my desired outcome. This has not been my typical experience with other companies in similar situation.
