I spoke with a customer service representative about my request to secure a cancellation and refund of my monthly charge for this company's service. I had signed-up for a free 7-day trial and then realized that I would not require their ongoing service reports that would be provided. I forgot to cancel before the 7th day. The agent I spoke with was very courteous and helpful in first, cancelling the on-going service and then working with her supervisor to have the initial monthly fee refunded. This was a very pleasant conversation with the agent with my desired outcome. This has not been my typical experience with other companies in similar situation. I commend your company for listening to my request and approving both the cancellation and refund that was approved. Nicely done!

First, the customer service rep was very kind, patient and helpful. Cudos for him! I used this website to search for information on a trailer and needed a VIN report. This was one of the usable sites listed, so I gave it a chance. The fee was very reasonable, $2+, but I was not aware that when I paid, I was automatically enrolled in their service with an automatic monthly charge@$25! I had to establish an account just to get the report (which had no information). I called CS to cancel the account, and they did pick up immediately. I still find this to be an irreputable way to do business. (I was not so tactful over the phone; read: Sleazy)
