I am completely dissatisfied with your service since every time I try to search something it keeps coming up on disclaimer and nothing else.

Your teaser to get people to come search stated that you had an IP address for the email I inquired about. Now, after paying and enrolling I'm told that you don't. Seems like a simple case of bait and switch to me. Please cancel my account immediately.

Having a lot of trouble getting only one time use.

The information you have is not up to date. Doesn't show current information. I could have found this for free

It's not showing me what I want to see and that's not letting me click on what I want to see

I order one back ground check and dont have the report and you keep try to get me to upgrade

Could not get any assistance from the chat feature. I needed help on getting a tax ID number on someone to send him a 1099. He won't give it to me! So this was worthless.

I am going in circles it says the report is done and yet I can't see it. This is ridiculous.

Of the 2 reports I accessed, all the information was incorrect on both except for the date of birth. Multiple outdated addresses with location photos that wouldn't load and numerous " arrest" records with every variation of the name searched and no photos would load. Waste of time and money!

The app said it had results matching which I was looking for until I paid the fee and then miraculously there was only one result and it was incorrect

I haven't been able to find any info with this website that I didn't find on my own. There are additional reports offered for an additional cost, but the price I have paid for the basic info hasn't given me anything new so I certainly won't pay any additional charges for more of the same--nothing new.

We should have full access on a 7-Day trial so that way we can decide whether or not we want to keep the membership.

A bit clunky and I note your zip requirement does not allow people who have p[ostal codes to use your service.

I understand the PREMIUM REPORT additional charges but it should be mentioned in the sales pitch area BEFORE card information is GIVEN OR TAKEN!
