I have purchased a power bank. It had scratches on it. I contacted them. Told me to send pictures. Than they sent courier person to pick up after almost 10 days. Still its been one month, I have not received my refund. When I contact them, they are telling quality check passed, will contact me after one day. Still counting time, when they will call me and refund me my money. I have also emailed them about 4-5 times regarding getting update. But no answer. They are so cheap.
I have ordered a Redmi note 3 today. I was tracking for this particular phone from last 3-4 weeks on all sites but nowhere it was available. Today I saw this on Infibeam. Now my big doubt is whether this product will be fake or original. Are there any chances that this is the used set and the retailer has packed it again and sold to me.
Such a bad experience with Infibeam.
I ordered Rakhi for my brother on July 29. Since rakhi was on 7th August.
From past 7 days delivery status says 'In Transit'. What does that mean? Customer service is horrible. They don't know where product is... every time they say the same what I can see 'In transit'. Does it really take 10 days to deliver a product?
When I asked for cancellation, they said shipment have been done, we can't cancel. Even rakhi ddin't reach on time.
I will never use Infibeam again and will suggest others to be careful.
Waste, horrible and Terrific service
I have place an order 20 days back. The processing was promised by 34 days. It is been 20 days and the order is yet to be processed. Spent more than 100 Rs talking to the customer care guys, no results.
Like others I also have nothing good to say about these motherfu**ers. They didn't dispatch my order even on the day of delivery, forget about on time delivery. It's filled with bunch of looser and fu**ed up mind people who would just make fake promises. They were lucky that they were not in front of me while I was talking to them otherwise I would have chocked them because their services annoyed me that much.
I have ordered a product on march 9. Today is march 31. They called me a couple of days earlier and said that the product is not available from the supplier and it will be available after april 9th? Earlier on around 16 march they called to tell that the product will be available after 29th march. Looks like some kind of fraudsters are running this website. I dont know why they have this product as 'available' when they have no confirmation of stock from the supplier. Most horrible people. Such a shame india!
Why have you promoted pathetic products like mobile charger bank of 10K capacity its completely waste of money and never ever charge mobile, infact it worked reverse the mobile battery will go down if you connect with charger bank.

My order (*******)is about ford figo fog light but i had received indica v2 fog light after some days but there are no hand to hand delivery not proper solution. And my advice that not any item order this site.
Havent received the delivery of my product after a month also, have been following up on mails and calls every single day (literally) and their customer service executives tells me to cancell the product as they also dont know how long it will take by their vendor to deliver it. No system for next level of escalation, extremely poor customer service, would never recommend any one to order anything from INFIBEAM, its a wastage of your time, money & efforts.
Surprised with all the reviews out there. I have bought 4-5 times from infibeam and got delivered my products everytime within a weeks time. It was some 6 months ago may be now they are having some problem.
I have ordered an emergency light which came after 1 month and it got damaged. When i called them and returned on July 6th but till August 4th there was no reply when i emailed them they are saying time it will take little bit of time for resolving this as it need to go to different levels.

I bought Mask 3026 sun glasses which turned out to be a poor quality one. My mistake is I assumed the site to be on par with other bigger names like Amazon, Lenskart etc. and over looked their time margin for come back with complaints bought from them. In Lenskart it was 2 weeks and with this site it is 72 hours. When I reached them for help they refused to help stating that the complaint should have launched with 72 hours. They even could not provide contact numbers of the vendor who sold the product on this site stating it as rule violation. I recommend not to use Infibeam.com as it doesn't care about customer experience at all and would not put any quality gates and rules for ensuring vendors sell only quality products from Infibeam. I am glad I only bought some thing that costs around Rs. 300 on trial basis.
Totally bogus site. Never had such a bad experience of shopping like this. Seems they have put customer care for dummy purpose. There is no connection between customer care and logistic department. Place the order it will take 1 week to process only.if u cancel it. Still the product will come to ur city then will be returned. They will cut ur money if u have not done cod. Will never order again from these dummies.
This site sucks... I ordered for cake and bunch of flowers for my sister on 6/12/2014, which was supposed to reach there by 14th June, today is 6/17/2014 still it shows "order in process". Further, I lost my dollars as they are not ready to give it back... F*** off.
I had ordered Sony Xperia Z from infibeam one month back. They never shipped the product. Every time i called, they asked me to wait for 3 -4 days, Now after getting frustrated over 20 days and repeated follow up, I had to finally cancel my order.
But now the second nightmare has just started., It has been more than 15 days since the order was cancelled but I am still to get my money back. I have been asked to wait for another 20 days time. Bloody $#*!... this is how they do business, My sincere request to all of you guys,, pls pls don`t buy from this site. Pls spread the word and let s take this $#*!ty website down.
Please dont buy anything. This is a worst experience, they are not delivering anything on time. My product even has not got delivere post 15 days of expected time. Also it will take more than 20 mins to connect to thier call center for any queries. Please Dont buy anything from Infibeam
I had quite a bad experience shopping on this site. Firstly size chart shown are not according to item size, secondly there return policies are poorest of all the online shopping sites. On the basis of my experience with this site i don't think company believes in customer satisfaction.
I cannot give less than 1 rating here. My rating is 0. I ordered fasttrack watch on 09/28 and till today (10/07) item is not shipped. When checked with customer care they are suggesting to cancel the order. Worst customer service. Dont purchase here. Order number *******. Its better to close this site instead of providing worst service. I am surprised how how come they are running this with worst service.
Don't order cake or flowers on birthday. They don't deliver on the same day.

I bought a lenovo handset which works for 2 days after which collapse instead of replacing the phone they took a month to get me the new one or refund. They are horrible company to look for the online purchase.
