This is regarding the product Order Id *******,
I would like to discuss some issues happened with INFIBEAM customer care executives. I requested for Product Return as i received the order in manufacture defect, Its totally not working. Received faulty non working product. I received call from customer care executive on 18th december night 7pm.
They advised me to take the product to PHILIPS service centre and to inspect the product. I took the product Philips DSP470U to Philips service centre salem, they inspected and told me its manufacture defect and to be returned to infibeam as soon as possible. Immediately i called customer care and informed the same but again infibeam people are forced me to handover the product to Philips service center and ask for replacement. But service centre people told me it will take minimum 15 days to 1 month for replacement. But i am still confused as infibeam people are sending faulty product to me, then why should i approach Philips service centre for replacement. As i am very much strong in my position that NOW I DON'T WANT ANY REPLACEMENT I NEED MY MONEY BACK. REFUND ONLY I NEED.
I received the product on 16th December 2015 1 pm and as soon as i opened the product and found it is not working, i sent email regarding refund the same day. Me also a customer of FLIPKART and AMAZON too they normally pickup return packages from my door step within two days of complaining. But infibeam people are too lazy and no proper response from your side regarding product return. Customer care people are delaying. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
I really very much dissapointed with infibeam service and 100% not satisfied with first dealing i had with them. I wont suggest infibeam to anyone to purchase anything. Your return policy is too complicated for customers. Almost 7 days gone. But still these infibeam people are saying that they are looking in the matter and will update me within 48 hours. Everytime i call customer care the same reply they are giving. Still they dont know what to do for product return.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM INFIBEAM. DONT PURCHASE. THEY ARE CHEATERS
I purchased a Blackberry Z30 via Order ID: ******* on 21May 2015,
They sent me a phone which collapsed in 3 weeks. I got to the service centre and found the phone is repaired from inside so no warranty.
The phone was unboxed by me and seals were good enough to satisfy me that is is genuine and new.
Of-cause infibeam didint help me besides me putting up all blames and standing on their head. Now the question arises it is scamming consumers since 2011 still it is running fine. How?
Let me describe their mechanism. Infibeam does not disclose it's sellers. Why? Because the products are nothing but rejected pieces or returned pieces be it phone/book/Tablets/bags or anything. They have no sellers. How do you confirm that? Well like in my case they said they would take it back, they did and showed it to the service centre, same their was a reply "its been unauthorised reworked" and they blamed me that I got it repaired. Now why does the site took it to service centre not the supplier? Because supplier has already sold the defected product with an agreement of not being disturbed what ever happens for very cheap to the site. Now how do I know that - See that they have their own repair workforce and if they get a return of item sold in the 1-2 days of sale, they repair it and sends it to back to consumer. This you could confirm with all those bad reviews that say "they" engineered the device and I got it "repaired from the site". Now the problems is the device is repaired and now service centre would not give you the warranty. Like in my case I received a repaired phone. Do Infibeam care, No! As the matter is solved for long enough that they can wash their hands off the deal.
They also sell first class duplicate products like puma bag I bought. It has all tags, numbered and everything but none are correct.
This is how despite of all this negativity it is running smooth.
Now am I stupid to buy a BB Z30 of *******/- from them, no I bought it only under the name of Blackberry Loyalty Program signed by BB with the site and that gave me the confidence that atleast now it would be real. Poor me. I have filed a consumer complaint and I would sue them too.
After all this if you see a positive review of the site with name "xxx. Patel" from "Pune" it is fake the site does it itself like Most of the positive reviews. Like it. I want to shut INFIBEAM down.
And if you have ever bought something from them, Be SURE IT ISN'T GENUINE/NEW. You are just lucky the defect is very much neglect able.

I bought an apple ipad on 9th June with Rs 3000 discount and with instant cashback emi option.
The total payable amount came around *******.
During the check out they have collected the Interest amount on behalf of the bank which is Rs 3264 and the EMI amount they mentioned as Rs 4064 for 12 months.
Process
=========
1)I selected the 12 months EMI option from ICICI bank
2)Interest Amount was Rs3264
3)Monthly installment was Rs 4064
4)And I agree to pay the interest amount of Rs3264 with the Net payable of Rs *******
5)In the Payment Gateway I paid Rs *******.
Problem in EMI is now. Bank is charging me more than that of the EMI mentioned in infibeam check out page. As per my ICIC statement it is showing the principle amount as Rs 3822. 84 and Interest amount as Rs 507.85.
The total current EMI is coming to Rs 4330. 69 which is too high as promised in the checkout page (Rs 4064).
Based on the infibeam website check out page i placed the order since the deal was good comparing other online retailier like Flipkart.
I was totally shocked by the Infibeam regarding there double standards followed by them. I raised my concern through email(which was useless). They took more than a month for the reply to email after multiple follows up.
Finally i got a call(18th July) from customer care stated that there is no mistake from the infibeam side.
They have pulled back their promo code worth Rs 3000 (During check out, with out my knowledge) and they sent the total amount value ******* to the bank for EMI conversion.
My bank converted the amount with the EMI which is very high comparing what Infibeam mentioned in the check out page.
My Questions to infibeam
Why you are advertising so fancily about your offers and they cheating the customer with your cheap tactics?
If you guys remove the promocode during the check out i woudnt have bought from infibeam and i may went to apple local retailer for by purchase.
This is completely cheating by Infibeam.com.

I had ordered for a padmini gas stove on March 31st. 2 days later they had called me up asking me to sent them my address proof and pan card details within which they wont be able to ship. As said within 2 hrs I had provided them the soft copy of these details. From then on the tragic story begins. They kept me waiting for more than 8 days to get the product shipped and then an ever long wait to get the product delivered to my location (trivandrum). I have yet not received the product. More than 7 to 8 times I had called up the customer service desk. GOD knows for what they are hired. I strongly believe to fool the customers around. It would have been courteous, if they could have arranged for COD in which case I wouldn't have felt that I have lost my money. The Cust. Exec not even have a spec of empathy for us. When I asked for the reason as to why they was a delay of about 9 days to ship the product, the gentle men on the other side over phone told me they dont have the product available and that they can ship it only when the product is available. I wonder where on earth are these creatures living. If they dont have the product available, they shouldnt be on first place on any online business. As per the site, the product would reach me maximum by 14 th of April. I waited till 13th of April and then made a call back to see the status of my order. I was gasped by the answer that it is still in delhi form where they have shipped the product. Finally after a lot of research they were able to speak out about the parcel service to which they have transferred. IT was Gati to which they have entitled the responsibility. From then on, I have no idea whether the product has actually reached any HUB. The gist is till now, April 20th, I have not received the product. Over and over again the customer service executives cheat me saying they would deliver it on the same day that I call them... I would really request people not to buy anything form this site. It was such a horrible experience for me.
GETTING MONEY AND NOT SHIPPING ITEM
Hi, sir, my name is ibad, i have placed an order at infibeam.com on dec 14 for a samsung washing machine- Samsung WA80E5LEC/TL 6.0 K, order id -*******. Expected date of shipment was on dec 26 but they didnt shipped it. I conatcted them many times and each time, the give me fake promises like it will be shipped in 2 days, 3days etc. 5 days back i got a mail that they will ship by dec 11 but they didnt. Now today dec 12, still no updates.infibeam.com has took my money and not sending shipment. They are fraud company. Plz resolve my problem. Thanks. Some proofs

My name is Dinesh Jain. I placed an order online on www.infibeam.com on 9th September 2013. My Order Number is *******. Before placing an order, I called the customer service team in Ahmedabad on + 91 79 ******* to confirm if you have Sony Xperia M (Black) in stock. Customer service representative informed that they have this item in stock.
· I placed the order on the same day on 9th September. Website stated that the shipment is expected to happen on 11th September. After waiting for 4 days, I called the customer service team to check what happened.
· They informed me that the item is not in stock. I was very disappointed as I was told by the team that they have it in stock on 9th September when I called them. Guess what! Even now, website states that the item is in stock. Why the hell is infibeam misguiding customers. Can't they be honest and give us a correct information rather than giving false information to their customers.
· I spoke to Rahul Bagadia on 13th or 14th September who said that the item is not in stock and he also promised me that he will be calling me back on 18th September between 9:00 AM to 12:00 to confirm the status on my order.
Guess what. He lied to me. I have not heard anything from him yet. What a liar he was. My trust was broken for the second time by Rahul Bagadia by making a false promise. First time was when the customer service agent said that the item is in stock on 9th September before placing the order. Is this how infibeam cheat customers. First tell them that the item is in stock and after the customer places the order, item is out of stock automatically. Agents like Rahul Bagadia are experts in making false promises to the customers to get rid of them over the phone. If this is the level of service Infibeam provides to their customers by cheating them and lieing to to them, then I wonder how come these guys are in Business. I don't think they have many happy customers around. I am wondering if I would ever receive my order and how many fake promises will be made still before receiving my order. Can I trust these guys that they will deliver the right item in the right way without any problem in the right time?
Can I have an answer for this. Website says that Sony Xperia M (Black) is in stock even now. But its not in stock from the last 10 days when I spoke to the customer service agents. May I know whats going on. And my second concern is why was the false promise made to me by Rahul Bagadia. Is he trained to make false promises to the customers. Overall, this is the worst online shopping experience I had till now. I think flipkart.com is much better than infibeam. I tried infibeam this time since the price was low compared to other websites. But the service is worst. I would rather pay 1000 rupees more to their competitors and get a better service in time. I don't know how to trust you infibeam from here.
