Had wanted to go Adlabs Imagica since a very long time. Had the opportunity to go there during the Christmas vacations. After research found that tickets are available on Infibeam. Decided to purchase it from there along with flight tickets as well. Went with my whole family for the vacations. We just loved the experience and rides there were awesome. The service from staff also was very very professional. Would definitely recommend going to Adlabs for a Unique experience and purchasing tickets from Infibeam for fast delivery.

Placed an order in the first week of Sep 2013. Sent me a DEAD ON ARRIVAL product. Struggling hard to get it replaced. Finally sent it back 15 days earlier. Still waiting to get my Replacement. No reply to mails and no proper reason stated for this undue delay. Even sent a mail to their CEO (?!) and he too keeping silence. What else can one expect from the CC Team, when the CEO himself is impotent to sort out the customer's issue! Better stay away from this CHEATER!

Had been using a IFB microwave in my house since the last 10 years but it had been giving problems in the last six months or so. Therefore, decided to purchase a new IFB model only as the one I had earlier had served me really well. After checking found a nice 20ltr convection microwave from IFB on infibeam at a price of Rs *******. Purchased the same and they delivered it to me in 7 days time. Got it installed it through IFB and started using it. As expected the microwave is working excellently. Would definitely recommend purchasing IFB microwave for home cooking purposes.

Very bad experience in cash back offer. I purchased apple iphone 6S from Infibeam in SEPT 2016 and there was cash back offer (in 90Days) on ICICI credit card so that I accepted EMI for 12 months but after 100 Days when I did much follow up then INFIBEAM informed me about declined (Rejected) my cashback benefit the reason is that I had selected some wrong option, but I am totally disagree with the reason because I have selected correct option... and my question is to INFIBEAM... why INFIBEAM kept other options if cash back offer and EMI option is there.? All these reasons are only for to make foolish the people.

Had been looking for a eye shadown brush but the ones available in the local market were not of good quality. Found a brush on Infibeam. Decided to take the risk and purchase it. They delivered it in 4 days time. The brush quality was excellent and has helped me in application of kajal. Would definitely recommend good quality products like these from Infibeam.

I'd ordered this product on 22nd Oct.
And I still haven't received this product (8th Nov).

The courier company they are using (First Flight) is the poorest of all in services. I got no notifications about where is my product, when its been shipped.

Also the courier number(F*******) which I came to know later from Infibeam website isn't correct.

Now They are neither telling me where my product is nor they are refunding my money.
Its better you go for some other website Flipkart, etc. even if they are costlier than this.

Very Unsatisfactory shopping site, I ordered a MMX canvas HD(Black) about more then a week ago(29/03/13) (Order ID. *******) and they had not yet shipped it yet, customer service gives in every alternate date of shipment but fail to ship my product.
Yesterday(06/04/13) morning i called up their customer support and cancel my order but withing a couple of minutes later i received a call that they can ship me a MMX canvas HD(White) which is available with them at that very moment if i want. So i said OK.
But till date(07/04/13) i had no information about the shipment of my Mobile. Will never recommend this site. I am confuse what to do now.

I mostly purchase books from Infibeam. They are always delivered within time and are in excellent condition.

Recently, decided to purchase an iPad from their end but was skeptical as had read reviews about delay in delivery on different social media sites. But, since the deal was really good decided to purchase it.

Ordered it on 15th of June. They promised delivery by 21st of June. To my surprise it was delivered to me by the 20th. The packaging received was in perfect condition and the iPad was working really well.

Would definitely purchase more products from Infibeam.com

I had ordered a heart-shaped watch. I received it, but found the belt of the watch to be very thin and delicate. When i first contacted the customer care executive for a return on 3rd of April, he told me that return is available only for damaged/defective items. The customer care guy told me that he'll revert in two days time, but I got no response from him. On 8th of April, i called the customer care for the same reason. Now, a lady is telling me that I have to pay Rs. 150 to the courier boy who's going to take the product back. Isn't it absurd?

In Infibeam website, they haven't mentioned nowhere that they'll be charging the customer for a return. Now, the customer care lady says that this is how our return policy is. Its so ridiculous to be dissatisfied with the product as well as paying extra amount.

Guys, pls dont buy any items from this website. Its a fraudulent website...

They have the worst service their products are faulty and they dont give a damm wat the customer thinks after they have made the payment.

I happened to buy two books from dere website to prepare for my competitive exams. When i recieved the packet to my disguist i found that they have delivered me a piece of paper instead the books. Repetitive phone calls and Emails were of no use as they didnt pay any heed to it. The amount may be small but looks like I have to go to court for it..
